Complimentary two bottles of water each day. Convenient location within walking distance to bus stops and the metro. Good breakfast with a rotated menu. Free self-service laundry is a big plus. The washer cycle was quick (about 36 minutes), and the dryer settings were adjustable based on my clothes. Cons: Wi-Fi speed was quite slow. I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot instead.
