- Harumi (6/5): - The problem was the bathroom, would not flush properly and we had to keep extra water collecting it from the shower. The bathroom design needs some improvement, either you place some electric connections inside the bathroom or a mirror outside so you can fix your hair and look at it. Bigger counters are needed inside the bathroom sink area and shower area.
- Reservas * (10/5): - I like very much this suite, is a nice and a quiet place. The bedroom was comfortable, and the beds were good. We were near from the center of cancun and from the hotel zone.
- Matias (10/5): - Muy buena habitación, muy cómoda y sobre todo espaciosa. El área es muy tranquila. Además nos gustó que estaba a pocos minutos de la entrada a la Zona Hotelera, y ahí mismo pasan transporte.
