- Adilene (2/5): - I’m only giving one star review because of the inconvenience situation that happened with the staff. I booked the room last minute booking right before my flight to Mestre. My flight got diverted to a different city due to severe weather. I was not able to make it to the room we had booked, and when I asked for either a credit or reimbursement to use for another day, I was met with a no regardless of the scenario. Would not recommend, and the communication is awful.

- George (8/5): - Literally everything was brand new when we stayed. Five min walk from the station. Brilliant communication with the owner. However, we were being kicked out 30 mins before check out time.
