- Stephanie (6/5): - Very clean. I would stay again for one night, but not for any more. Kitchenette had Nothing. No soap, no silverware, dishes or pots. Nothing. You had to pay extra for that. No coffee maker! Bed was ok.
- miguel (8/5): - The overall stay was pretty good there’s only one bad thing, the walls are paper thin, I heard my neighbors snoring, moving chairs, etc… but thats the only bad thing I could say about it

Park for kids is for like toddler age kids. Just very plain. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep it is clean.

- Raina (4/5): - Booked 2 rooms for my family. The room I stayed in had a strong odor and uncleaned tub with hair in it, the other room was okay. Check-in was lengthy due to a manager not answering calls to help resolve a booking issue, though the front desk worker handled it professionally. My family received an unwarranted noise complaint around 10pm while quietly getting ready for bed—this was especially frustrating given the construction noise, hearing people talking and TVs blaring through walls, and non-working elevators that we didn’t complain about. The location near shopping was convenient, but given the issues I’ll spend more to stay elsewhere next time and sometimes a low price point isn’t worth it. Would not return.

- Ruben (6/5): - Beautiful and new hotel. It is a shame that you rent a long stay, so it has a kitchen, stove and fridge. They do not provide dishes, fork, knifes, nothing. Then when you complain, they try to sell you a kit from $29-59. Increase the cost and include the basic for a long stay. No coffee maker in room and only just coffee at front desk from 6am if you are lucky to 10am. Please charge a few more dollars per night and include the basic.

- Elizabeth (2/5): - I would like to start by saying I never leave negative reviews. Our last stay at the Echo Suites by Wyndham left such an impression that we had to tell you about our experience. First impressions-we can’t get in. This should have been our first clue. At the main door you need a key to get in. How do you have a key if you are just checking in, it makes getting in to check in impossible? Thankfully a kind person sitting in lobby let us in. Now we know why this person was in lobby. We were all waiting for the missing person at front desk. At the ten minute mark we started calling the front desk multiple times. At one point we reached over and called front desk off another line on front desk phone. 23 minutes later…the guy working front desk comes in saying “Sorry I was in the restroom “. We can understand maybe he had some digestive tract issues that caused him to be in there so long so that’s fine. However it is moderately suspicious that his hands and wrists are completely dry. Not one glistening spec anywhere. One can only assume he is a compulsive hand dryer. Moving on. Oh look we have a greater at the elevator…just like a fancier hotel. Only the opposite. It’s a giant bag of trash. Fantastic. Surely it will get better once we get to our room. They have just opened a couple weeks ago so we are hopeful that it will be pristine. Wait the elevator isn’t moving. We have to scan our room key once in the elevator to actually go anywhere. That’s diff

- Sherri (8/5): - Property is very new and clean at the time of our stay. Staff was in training. Waited 15 minutes at the check-in for one employee to train another on the computer while customers waited. The elevator was broken when we were checking out and had to carry everything down 3 flights of stairs. Beds are noisy. Just after checking in another guest came banging on our door and yelled curses at us and then decided he was at the wrong door. I was traveling with my elderly mother. You get what you pay for. Probably won't stay again.

Therefore, I checked in somewhat early, and had nothing to entertain myself from the time approximately 3pm checked into the hotel until the next day when I checked out. There was absolutely no bottle water in any of pay vending machines, only sweet drinks.

- Alaaeldin (2/5): - I would not ever go there again they gave the same room number to someone else. checked in yesterday and at 12 am midnight I heard noise coming from the door outside looked through the door saw a person trying to get into my room confronted the person the person could not even talk and apologized said that this was his room showed me the number of the room that he was supposed to be at and turns out the number is the same room number that I am staying at when I went to confront the front desk they did a mistake and gave him the same room key that I was staying at the person that was trying to get into my room was sitting down waiting for his room key to change they said that this is normal and happens every time and the service is terrible the person in the morning with a hat on have an awful attitude when you speak to that person he threatens you by calling the cops right away does not even want to solve any issue when somebody tells him anything. checked out this afternoon staying there for 2 nights did not even get the refund for the second night and I ended up telling that person I want to get my refund from my second night with all rudeness saying your not getting your refund don’t recommend the hotel to anybody you got family you got any loved ones better stay awake and make sure you lock your doors or they will give someone a key card to pay you a visit because it’s normal as they said the hotel is not safe and not secured at all

- William (6/5): - The place was clean and new and the staff was pleasant. Very few amenities which is fine if you know. Each suite had a kitchenette but no pans or dishes. You had to pay for those if you wanted them. That should be clear on Expedia. I would stay again, now that I know.

He was bothered by having to check me in and proceeded to berate me because I needed to use the lobby restroom. “You have a bathroom in your room” was the quote. As if I didn’t know there was a bathroom in my room. Also, the shower in the room was the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, with no water pressure whatsoever

- Kevin (2/5): - I paid to have my linens exchanged which I don’t think you should have to pay for, but I did I paid and on my way back to my room. I noticed she had only given me one set of towels, so I grabbed a towel off of the housekeeping court only to be approached by management and told that I needed to get my things and get out because I took a towel off of the housekeeping cart And that I could just get a refund. They called the police on me and would not refund me my money for exchanging to for paying to have my linens exchanged. Expedia did give me my money back, even though it was a nonrefundable room when I explained to them what happened it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life at a hotel, and I will never stay at another extended stay anywhere ever again there were drugs on the floor when I checked in my room there were drug addicts in and out the entire time and I do believe I may have been discriminated against because I wasn’t sitting up in my room, smoking crack the whole time Hotel staff entered my room without my permission, knowledge or consent. I have a lawsuit pending against this property for violation of privacy and discrimination.

- elicia (4/5): - I resetved a room that was ADA and it wasnt available when i arrived at 330pm which was the advertised check in. When i reached the hotel i was greeted by doors that dodnt have any auto open. I have use of one arm and a mother who is disabled. At check in i was told coffee is available from 6 to 11am each day in the lobby so in the morning i proceeded to get coffee and the machine was broken both days of my stay. I will never recommend Echo or stay there again. The fact that the building is brand new and not ADA compliant is a huge problem that needs to be fixed immediately.
