Carmen (2/5): - I paid for the room 2 weeks before I paid in full! Everything seemed fine even the day I flew out I reached out letting them know my check in would be at 11 pm and they responded with I’ll self check in my self and sent me codes to enter the building. Once I got to the building first no parking what so ever second I enter the building and go to my room and someone is in my room I paid for. I looked around the kitchen area and it was so dirty and disgusting I called and called and no answer even the next day no contact from them.
