• Paulette (5/5): Just okay. - Easy to collect and deposit the keys. Location close to a bus stop. The shower was clogged so the water overflowed during a short shower. The counter in the mini kitchen was filty upon my arrival. Everything else was fine.

A very comfortable stay for a short term visit like mine. The studio has a small kitchen with necessities. The building was always quiet. Would definitely recommend. Good value in Edinburgh.

Pokój był kompletnie nie przygotowany na nowych gości, w - Nie polecam pobytu w tym obiekcie osobą, które planują pobyt w Edynburgu. Po zameldowaniu zauważyliśmy że pokój nie był w żadnym stopniu przygotowany na nasze przybycie. W łóżku znajdowały się cudze włosy, co wskazywało na nie zmienioną pościel, w łazience na ziemii leżały cudze włosy oraz kurz, a dodatkowo leżały tam śmieci. Byliśmy w szoku gdy odkryliśmy że czyjeś włosy leżą nawet w misce a patelnia oraz sztućce były kompletnie nie umyte. Personel był bardzo nie uprzejmy, ledwo wskazali nam drogę to pokoju, a gdy potrzebowaliśmy dodatkowych informacji nie wykazywali się szczególną pomocą. Polecam zastanowić się nad wyborem tego noclegu, gdyż może się to okazać katastrofą.

• Laureline (9/5): - We had a great experience. The flat is a studio but with all the necessary and plenty of storage space ad very clean. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city centre, but otherwise everything was perfect.

• Cristina (10/5): Perfecto! - Todo estaba limpio y muy bien indicado por el propietario, con indicaciones muy claras sobre cómo acceder a la habitación y cómo debíamos dejarla al marcharnos. Nos gustó mucho la habitación con cocina, era muy espaciosa y tenía todo lo necesario para alojarse un par de días. Además, la temperatura era perfecta y el termostato podía regularse lo que vino muy bien en los meses de invierno. Repetiríamos sin duda! Nada, todo fue perfecto!

• Anna (5/5): Hyvä huone, mutta surkea asiakaspalvelu. - Huone oli todella siisti ja tilava. Sijainti oli ihan hyvä. Rauhallinen alue, pienen matkan päässä keskustasta. Kesken vierailuni klo 10.30 illalla, huoneeseeni tuli avaimilla kaksi tyttöä, joille oli osoitettu sama huone kun minulle, ja heille oli annettu minun huoneeni avaimet. Olin melko shokissa sillä olin lukinnut oven ja menossa jo nukkumaan. Ilmeisesti tytöille oli vahingossa ohjeistettu väärä huonenumero ja avaimet. En tiedä miten asia heidän puolesta selvisi, tai saivatko he oikeita avaimia samana yönä, mutta kun yritin selvittää asiaa majoittajan kanssa, minulle vastattiin vain ettei huonetta ole voitu varata kenellekään muulle, ja sivuutettiin se että tytöt olivat tulleet avaimilla huoneeseeni ja heillä oli vahvistuksessa sama huoneen numero. Lisäksi uloskirjautumisaika lukee ilmoituksessa, varausvahvistuksessa, ja majoittajan info viestissä klo 11, mutta uloskirjautumista edeltävänä päivänä minulle laitettiin viesti että huoneesta pitää lähteä jo ennen klo 10. Kun huomautin, että kaikissa aiemmissa viesteissä on sanottu klo 11, niin asiaa ei pahoiteltu vaan sanottiin että standardi aika on ennen klo 10.

I was stressed with every message. And the fact that they needed all the information about me and my documents. And all of it online.

• Jelena (1/5): - We were assigned a room that is adapted for guests with disabilities, including a very specific bathroom layout (e.g. sink at knee height and a shower that floods a large part of the bathroom). This room type was not indicated or shown at any point during the booking process, and it does not correspond to the pictures or description displayed on Booking.com at the time of booking. We have contacted the property directly and also provided photo evidence by email. However, we were informed that additional fees may apply for a room change, which we do not understand, as we did not receive the room type that was advertised on Booking.com.

• Miriam (5/5): Too many demands - The room was clean and well located (30 minutes walk from the city center). There was only one toilet paper for two people during 3 days. Also, they demand to let out the garbage before check out, but there was no plastic bag in the litter. It seems to me that they demand more than what is offered to the client. The worst for me was the communication: they sent me a lot of repeated emails (saying that I should cancel the reservation if I wasn't a student, but I had already sent my university documents). Even after talking about that with the team, they kept sending me the same message. The same chose occured for check out. I have already sent the photo with the key in the lockbox, as demanded for check out, but they keep sending me the same messages about it. It is tiring.

De plus, le logement est composé d'une salle TV, d'une salle de jeux et d'un endroit pour se poser Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le logement n'était pas propre. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux dans les draps et les serviettes, ainsi que de la vaisselle sale et des saletés dans la douche. Heureusement, cela a été réglé dès le jour suivant. De plus, je vous conseille d'apporter vos propres torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle puisque le logement n'en fournit pas.

• Mari Carmen (8/5): Bien calidad precio - Está muy bien calidad precio y aunque no esté en el centro, se llega rápido andando. Hay buena comunicación con la línea de autobuses y tiene supermercados cerca. La comunicación online muy buena y clara y la habitación es más amplia de lo que parecía en las fotos. Las zonas comunes están bastante bien. En todos los días que estuvimos nunca limpiaron. La ducha tragaba muy lenta y eso hacía que se ensuciara rápido y daba mala sensación. Cuando llegamos no había productos de higiene como ponía en la descripción. Encontramos varias cosas sucias cuando llegamos como platos y sartenes mal lavados, con grasa y restos de comida, el Wc tenía en la tapa por debajo mancha de pipi de otro huésped. La comunicación online muy buena pero el chico que estaba en m recepción ni los buenos días te daba.

Also felt safe it be - 30min walk from city centre, accessible to public transport, clean, great communication from owners Waterproof cover on mattress uncomfortable, only advice would be to use maybe a fitted sheet as opposed to the regular one just to stop skin touching the actual plastic. Also shower easy to overflow (but I know that’s an issue for most student accom and not as easy to fix)

• Victoria (5/5): - Un personnel agréable qui répond assez rapidement, une chambre bien chauffée et un bâtiment à seulement 30 minutes à pieds de la vieille vile La chambre n'était pas très propre et nous avons du changer, la suivante était un peu mieux mais toujours un petit problème de propreté. L'évacuation de la douche ne se faisait pas correctement et les douches devaient être en vitesse ×5 pour ne pas que le bac déborde... Dernier point, les ustensiles de cuisine (surtout casserole et poêle) étaient tout arraché et abîmé. La poêle n'était pas du tout lavée, et nous avons du tout laver avant utilisation.
• Lucie (10/5): - Pokoj má vlastní koupelnu i kuchyňku. Ubytování se nachází v klidné lokalitě, pěšky do centra asi 30 minut. Ideální pro mladé lidi. V porovnání s ostatními apartmány v Edinburku je za skvělou cenu. Postel pro dva měla jen jednu společnou peřinu, ale to je spíš malinký detail. Vše bylo naprosto v pořádku.

El contacto continuo con el alojamiento genial, me respondían casi al momento y muy atentos. Ahora bien, la cama deja mucho que desear... Tema cocina, decente, tiene lo suficiente para cocinar. No hay TV, al menos no en el apartamento donde me alojaba.
