• Run (2/5): - The bed sheet has so many stain spots and entire room smells like someone smoke in it 24/7
• Phil (2/5): - I called and asked if I could get an early check-in and was told no, check-in was 3P. I arrived at 2:58 and was rudely told I would have to come back in 10 minutes and couldn't even wait in the lobby. The guy who eventually checked me in was nice and professional unlike the original woman who was rude and abrasive. Room was not bad except for bedspread with stains and cigarette burns in a non-smoking room.

The last time I booked with hotels.com the hotel motel66 charged me 3 times once by hotels.com and twice by motel6 I only stayed one night
• Summer (2/5): - Let me start by saying I was in 3 different rooms before I had to settle for a halfass unclean torture chamber of a room. I thought I was going to be there alone; however, I was quickly greeted by the infestation of roaches

• Ajah (2/5): - The properties amenities are falsely advertised. They do not have a pool, based on the information provided from the office, the pool was filled and hasn’t been on property in years. I stayed at this property for two months, not once did I receive housekeeping nor was I asked if it was needed. I washed my own sheets and covers, bought my own tissue, and cleaned my own room. The property is not safe. There is a lot of illegal activity in and around the facility. The properties management and office staff is very money hungry and a danger to society.
• Maria (2/5): - Took 30 min to get checked in only one receptionist checking in and get the to the room and it’s dirty, toilet not working. It was horrible, towels dirty,bed sheet with holes and stained. I traveled with my family and it was gross. Never again staying here.
• Ottoniel Isai Lopez (4/5): - As soon as I walked in the room I noticed how dirty it looked, the bed linnens were dirty with very visible stains and looked like they have not seen a wash in years. For the price I paid, I would not recommend staying here. Expedia photos are very deceiving.

• Brenda (2/5): - When I arrived to the hotel, the woman that was in charge of booking me in absolutely rude, she had a very nasty attitude. She yelled all the way from inside what my phone number was I didn’t feel comfortable, screaming out my phone number and asked her to please come back to the window she smacked her lips rolled her eyes, came back to where I was slammed the paper down, it was ridiculous. I couldn’t believe how rude she was For those reasons alone I will never visit this hotel again and I will also be leaving this review on Google awful awful customer service.

• Sammiel (2/5): - This property sucks I have been asking for clean sheets and clean towels so I went to see if I could find housekeeping and they was in the laundry room with the door close.I ask the lady could I get some clean sheet and I was told not right now when they had clean sheets and she also told me to hurry up and get my sheets from my room there was also people who doesn’t work for the company in the laundry room this motel is a zero star motel for me

I have had to wash my own sheets and with this been a hotel I should not have to wash my own sheets.The staff at the front is very rude and unprofessional.I would not recommend this motel to anyone
• Samuel (2/5): - Completely infested with roaches, as soon as i walk in to my room i see at least 20 small and medium size roaches hide, and for the entire time there you will often see a few come out of one of the many cracks in the walls. When I asked for a room that didn’t have any, he proceeded to show me that every single other room was also infested. He insists that the roaches aren’t a problem because they don’t come out if there’s people there. also sarcastically said, “you’re not like a woman right? like you don’t freak out and are super scared?”. He seems to not understand why someone doesn’t want to sleep in a room with hundreds of roaches crawling around

• Brittany (2/5): Dont stay at this hotel! - This place in my opinion shouldnt be endorsed by hotels.com it is disgusting. The rooms were gross non of the appliances worked, the fridge got a little cold but everything else was broken! When we plugged in the microwave it sparked and shut off the tv so we unplugged it and never tried again! The little cook top stove didnt get hot at all the range over it with the fan and light didnt work...the cabinet doors were broken and filthy, the door looked like it had been broken into before and the security latch ok the inside was broken! Also check in was brutal! Took my almost an hour and a half due to "shift change"! The man stood at the front counter doing nothing while we were outside waiting! The new worker arrived and still i had to wait! It wasnt until i contacted hotels.com directly and then they called the hotel did things start to happen for me! Hotels.com is amazing and made sure i was checked in and happy ish with the room before letting me go! 10 out of 10 recomend hotels.com but this hotel get 0 out of 10!

• Sindri Ravi (2/5): - I did not like anything about this property. The rooms were dirty, bedsheets had spots, towels were nasty, there was water at the entry of the room, toilet were broken. We had the booking for 2 nights. We checked out and booked another hotel. We lost the entire money. I would say Expedia should not list these type of properties. Ultimately it will look bad on them.

Nancy the night manager kept my belongings and my medications I had in the room and still hasn't given me any of my clothes or medications. I've not been able to take my blood pressure medication in about a week now. So I wouldn't recommend this motel for anyone.

• Jason (2/5): - I stayed here over the weekend, and when I woke up yesterday I had what kinda looked like a rash. I come to believe it was from bed bugs. I went last night and talked with the Manager and she said that they had pest control come that Friday and she denied there could be bed bugs. I will never never stay here again. All I can say caution don't stay here. No wonder it's 45 dollars a night.
