• Josianne (2/5): - Je ne suis meme pas restée: la porte ne fermait meme pas étanche et s'ouvrait. C'est l'hiver et c'est pas sécuritaire. Il y avait un degat d'eau qui s'etendait sous le lavabo. La cheminé n'avait aucune grille de protection et le planché etait sale de suie. Un file electrique 110 pendait et des trous et fissures laissait passer l'air froid. Jai demandé une autre chambre , mais il y en avait pas. Je suis partie 10 minutes apres l'arrivee.
• Mackenziee (2/5): - DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! This place is seriously unsafe. The windows do not lock the, meth heads that live in this hotel stole all of our stuff while we were out to dinner. The place is dirty and very cold.
• Bobby (2/5): - **DO NOT STAY HERE** My room was broken into and I was robbed by a guest. Everything was taken. The windows have no locks so anyone can come in. When I told the front desk, he shrugged and said “what can I do?” The place is as sketchy as it can get. Dirty, no heat (was told to buy supplies and build a fire - no ember catcher), hairs in the shower. The place does NOT look like the pictures. I know it’s cheap, but it is NOT worth it. They rent the rooms out month to month to addicts, it is horrible. I’ve never had a worse experience at a place than this. Go to Hotel Alila. Jackie was the best. The owners are horrible people who should be ashamed of themselves that this is how they make a living. Renting out horrible living conditions, falsely advertising, any absent entirely. Do. Not. Stay. Here. You’d be safer sleeping in your car.

• Isabelle (2/5): - C’est une arnaque. Il n’y a pas de chambres à loyer. Des gens y séjournent à long terme pour le travail ou autre.
• Ali (2/5): - La chambre était glaciale, il n'y avait pas de chauffage, l'endroit était insalubre, une mauvaise odeur régnait dans la chambre et sur le lit, l'eau chaude mettait une demi-heure à arriver dans la salle de bain et, pendant la douche, elle devenait soudainement glaciale. Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience.

Service clientèle absent, aucune télé dans la chambre, jamais donner le code WiFi aucun moyen d'avoir un transfère de chambre ou autre compensation il nous on jamais appeler pour avisé. La chambre avait un trou dans la salle de bain, toile d'araignée au plafond, poignée de porte de chambre avec tape gris qui ne tiens pas . On es pas resté

• Jean Claude (2/5): - Nous sommes sincérement dégoutés de notre nuitée au Motel St Adéle: pas de lumière, porte d' entrée défoncée et qui ferme en poussant fermemant, les fenêtres qui ne se verrouillent pas, les fils qui se promènent sur le sol, une déco écœurante. Bref sincèrement décus. Et une discussion impossible. A ne pas renouveler.
