Guest Reviews
- Malcolm (2/5): - Toilet didn’t work, even after staff “fixed” it. Water took forever to heat in shower & sink. No coffee although the room had 2 styrofoam coffee cups. A/C noisy buy weak.
- Bailey (4/5): - Pros: -Cheap
-Friendly Staff
-Room was decently clean with amenities
-Nice Blankets
-Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do around it
Cons: -3rd floor door was busted in, anyone could just walk in there
-Parts of the floor in our room were loose and squeaky
-There’s no secondary lock on the doors
-Took them over a week to RELEASE my deposit, now having to wait another week for it to go back into my account
-Beds are very stiff, though not uncomfortable, after two nights my back was murderous
-SHOWER HEADS ARE AWEFUL
-No vending machines and everything they do have for snacks is overpriced
-They don’t allow food deliveries to rooms for some reason
-There were (dog food) needles in the parking lot, though I don’t blame hotel staff, it’s a bit shady
-We had to go back and get our keys redone 3 times over a 2 night stay because they’d work once then not again
All in all, for the money you spend it really isn’t that bad, but if safety while staying at a hotel is your concern, I would not suggest staying here. We had 4 people in our room, 2 men and 2 women who are all more then capable of protecting themselves so it wasn’t much of a concern for us.
- Angel (4/5): - Room was clean but the pictures were different from the acrual building alot of remolding and updates need to happen.
- Ceana (2/5): - When we got there shortly after 3pm to check in nobody was there to check us in, we waited 30 mins before giving up and finding a new hotel. The entire place smelled like cat pee and litter. There were bullet holes outside the man entrance and this older gentleman who kept looking at us (2 females) then typing on his phone and then laughing under his breathe. It was unclean, unsafe, and overall the worst hotel experience I’ve EVER had
- diamond (4/5): - The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change rooms, the second room the top lock was missing. Wouldn’t book again.
- Lindsey (4/5): - Not too far of a drive
- Qaim (2/5): - Just like every family owned hotel lie and try to take your money
- Francisco (10/5): - Need a litte maintenance
- Destinee (2/5): COCKROACHES. - Cockroaches. Pictures online are very clean and pristine. Hotel it’s disgusting inside. They did not refund my money when I brought the front desk 3 dead cockroaches I had to kill. Do not stay here.
- Manuel (2/5): Do Not Recommend - The hotel and service was so bad that we didn’t even spend the night here. The smell of the room was this musky, cigarette mixed with weed mixed with sex smell. The receptionist only accepted a “cash” deposit, of $100.00. I told him I did not have cash and he responded with “how much cash do you have”. I had non and he did not want to accept my card for the deposit. He also took a picture of my drivers license with what looked like was his personal phone (??). 0/10 I would recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would
- Stephanie (6/5): - The hotel had roaches in my room 108 and when checked out the person on morning shift 10am Sunday morning was rude to everyone and tried to take my security deposit for no reason. I have a video terrible service.
- Eri (6/5): - Honestly You get what you paid for!
- Curtis (4/5): Roaches and clogged toilet - While waiting in the lobby to check-in, I saw a roach. I didn't see any other besides a baby roach in the room the morning we were leaving. There were hairs and a small toothpaste or some other container cork behind the sink. The chair by the desk was filty. The tv hadn't any sign. The toilet was clogged the day before we left, around 7pm we told the guy at the front desk who said the cleaning staff left and asked if I wanted the plunger. No one came to address it before we checked out the following morning. I would not recommend this hotel.
- Valery (2/5): Bad hotel - The room was dirty and stink
- sajan (4/5): - tv
not working, no channels. hallway carpets are dirty.. even inside the room its doesnt look like they change ir wash their bedsheets
- Trayon (2/5): - Roaches are bad and was over charged with no refund
- Verified traveler (10/5): Give this hotel a chance. - The room was awesome! It smelled nice, no bugs, and everything was super clean. The staff were really friendly and didn’t give us any trouble. The location’s pretty good since it’s right by the highway, you can hear cars when you’re outside, but we actually found it relaxing. No loud kids, no barking dogs, no gunshots. We’re already planning our next stay! Will post pictures our next review:)
- Will (10/5): - Good hotel
- Jared (2/5): - Place was all around horrible.
- Kimberly (4/5): - Customer service was good. However, I noticed there were very few cars in the parking lot and soon realized why that must be. I was checked in with no problem. When I got to my room and opened the door a VERY strong smell hit me. It was like a combination of mildew and musk smell. I immediately started looking around the room and checking cleanliness. The bedding was all white and clean as well as inside both refrigerator and microwave. As I entered the area of the bathroom the tile in the whole area had a damp/wet film on it. The bathtub and toilet appeared clean. The sink on the other hand looked as if it was forgotten. The air in the room was damp to the point of making notebook paper damp. There was a strong smell of mildew and musk/old smell. The white inside curtain had black mold all over it. I figured that and the smell contributed to my headaches the second and third day. I was only there at night to sleep so I just dealt with it. Oh, and the tv only had 2 or 3 channels that worked and they didn’t have a great picture, kinda in and out. When I came back the first evening my key didn’t work so I had to have it fixed. When I asked about the tv I was told when the weather was bad the signal was too. I mean I couldn’t even get local channels. Like I said I dealt with it but will not be staying there again!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): Looks abandoned - It looks abandoned they had no internet there were no cars out there it looks deserted would never go back I stayed next door at the quality inn that was decent
- Sadvi (8/5): - It’s very good
- Linda (4/5): - While the gals were very nice, the property was not up to par. I first squashed a large ‘brown bug’ while checking in. The paint was peeling on the elevator doors. A nearby room loomed as if the police had to bust out the handle to get in! My room did not have a coffee pot, though had coffee cups. A large red stain on the carpet, the T. Did not work - was told Spectrum issues, though the one worked in lobby. The cover to the shower fan had been ‘puttied’, did not stick & fell on the floor by the commode. I was constantly told “we are renovating “, but no workers were seen nor heard anywhere. I had reserved 4 nights, but checked out after the first. They were kind enough - after some ‘discussion’ to only charge me for the 1 night. My credits are still pending; hoping no issues there . 👎
- James (4/5): - There were gnats flying around in the room so I decided to leave and not stay overnight.
- Lashon (2/5): - If you like mold and mildew this is the right place for you! They put me in the first room and the smell hit me as i open the door, so they moved me to a "SUITE " i make it inside this room and doing my hotel room check went to the bathroom to see what was in the tube and looked up the whole bathroom top of the wall was covered in Mildew and the ceiling was dripping wet. I told them i need a refund now!
