- Verified traveler (8/5): Good budget option in central Moscow - Excellent location, good price and very convenient for a short stay. Be prepared to drag your luggage up to the 5th floor, and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
- aleksandr (8/5): - В целом неплохой бюджетный отель, в номере довольно чисто и удобно (Брали Делюкс апартаменты) в номере присутствует плазменный телевизор, письменный стол, большая двухспальная кровать и ванная комната (с душевой кабиной) вода часто то горячая то холодная из-за того что она подогревается бойлером, из мини-кухни есть чайник и плита, но их нужно просить отдельно, сам отель находится на 5 этаже, лестница довольно крутая, и на первом пролете разбитые ступени поэтому нужно подниматься и спускаться осторожно, вход в здание не обозначен никакими табличками или знаками, это железная дверь на верхней части есть след от таблички которая когда то была, справа есть синяя кнопка для вызова и открытия двери
- Vera (8/5): Уютный мини-отель в двух шагах от сада Эрмитаж - Отличное расположение. Через дорогу — сад Эрмитаж, а сам отель в тихом переулке. Любимый район Москвы, отель в старом доме, очень самобытно. Очень вежливый персонал: тепло встретили, помогали решать любые вопросы, возникающие во время проживания. В номерах чисто и уютно. Есть возможность взять в номер портативную кухню. Очень удобный и приятный бонус! Из того, о чем стоит предупредить: отель находится на 5 этаже в доме без лифта.
- Maxim (10/5): Великолепно - Отличное расположение, удобно добраться до многих достопримечательностей. Чистые номера с хорошей звукоизоляцией. Быстрая регистрация, очень приветливый персонал! Лучшее место для отдыха в центре Москвы!
- Daria (8/5): Отличный вариант для бюджетного отдыха - Хороший отель за небольшие деньги. Очень тихий район в центре Москвы, до метро минут 7 пешком. Приветливо встретили, обслуживание хорошее. В отеле есть бесплатный чай и кофе в любое время, бесплатный вай-фай, можно бесплатно взять утюг и гладильную доску, в стандартном номере есть телевизор, холодильник, полноценная ванная. Единственное неудобство - отель находится на 5 этаже, но идти туда придется пешком по довольно крутым ступенькам, но это в общем-то мелочи. В целом были очень довольны.

- Boris (8/5): По прежнему отличный экономвариант пребывания! - Не был два года, решил дополнить. Расположение, цена, приятные люди на рецепшене - все плюсы остались! Минусы прежние - пятый этаж узкой лестницы, заселение строго с 14, три вешалки на номер на двоих, два полотенца на гостя, нет стола хоть какого-то для ноутбука или вещей. Номер неплохой, очень чисто, довольно тихо, и с улицы - вид на собор, и в самом отеле на десять номеров, но следы времёни - окно с трудом закрывается - поломан замок, кресло сломанное, хорошо, заметил, не сел. Вай-фай отличный, телеприема нет - три канала в метели помех. Все равно: в категории 100 долл./трое суток альтернатив лучше не знаю. И совет – по умолчанию тут не убирают номер. Не ждите нового геля или выноса мусора, если не повесили табличку «УБЕРИТЕ». Меня три раза «забывали предупредить».

- NATALIA (8/5): Дешево и сердито, почти в самом центре Москвы - В целом отель неплохой, для Москвы стоит совсем дешево, район при этом центральный и до Красной площади всего 20 минут пешком, состояние номеров приличное, дефекты завуалированы, чисто, ванная очень хорошая, с феном. Но есть существенное "но", отель расположен на 5 этаже дома, а лифта нет, учитывайте пожалуйста это если у вас тяжелые сумки

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Hotel is on a community building. They use the 5th floor. If you bring a luggage, expect to carry it yourself. We stay 5 days and they do not make your bed at all, nor clean towel replacement. They did not replace toilet paper, when we went to ask for one a lady got upset about it. Really?
- Haruka (4/5): ５階まで階段 - ５階まで階段ということは最初から了解していたが、やはり大変だった。部屋にトイレと浴槽がついていたのは良かったが、部屋が非常に狭く、ベッドが柔らか過ぎて２泊したが腰が痛くなりそうだった。デスクはきちんとタクシーを呼んでくれて良かった。英語の話せないスタッフも良心的だった。ワールドカップで選択肢がなかった。
- Philip (8/5): Good hotel overall - The hotel is centrally located -- a flat converted into a hotel. The staff are very helpful. I would say it is ok as a mid-range hotel but a bit over-priced for Russia, but then again everything in Moscow is over-priced in relation to the rest of Russia. Overall, I would recommend it.
- Ken (8/5): good place for a short term stay - Nice staff, a little hard to communicate with them if you don't know Russian. this location is mostly used by locals. Perfect for a short stay do not expect the service you will get from a major chain as this is a small local hotel. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. Perfect location to walk into the Kremlin or nearby sites.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Poor hotel - Only good aspects are free wifi, hot water for tea and cheap price Otherwise hotel is a wreck located in an old crumbling building no elevator and only 10 rooms on 5th floor. Building in re-construction. Room is dirty, bed sheets dirty, never use the towels all disgusting. Never book a taxi from hotel!!!! If you have a higher budget go elsewhere... Will never ever book there again

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good walking access to the sights of Moscow - I walked to all the museums and tourists sights from this place. I bought food at a nearby supermarket, to avoid huge restaurant costs.
- Brian (8/5): Karetny Dvor - Location is everything! - The hotel is located a short walk to the metro which is only two short stops away from Red Square. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a 24-hour grocery store just around the corner. The only negatives for me was the 8 sets of stairs to climb as the hotel is located on the 5th floor with no elevator. Make sure you don't forget to take something with you when you leave your room! Also, I found the bed mattress to be uncomfortable. I could feel every metal spring. But the location made up for the negatives as I only used my hotel for a shower and few hours of sleep each night and not much else.
