- Eduardo (2/5): - The bed was infested with bed bugs and we had several bites. We have pictures and video of the bugs. It was my worst stay at any hotel, short term rental or vacation home. The staff was not helpful.
- Edmund (2/5): - An adjoining door in the bedroom with in arms reach from the bed. How would you feel if you got into a motel or a condo and there was an adjoining door to the other bedroom in the next room in your bedroom 5 ft away from the lousy bed???!!! I was told all of the rooms were this way, when I told them that I was not okay with it and I wanted a different room. When the neighbors came home, I could hear everything they said in the bedroom and every cabinet door that closed in the bathroom. Whoever had this building designed with an adjoining door in the bedroom is the most ridiculous design of architecture for a condo I have ever seen. 30-in TV screen above the microwave. Are you serious? You call this a resort? I can stay at any motel 6 smallest I've ever seen was a 36 usually more& within viewing distance. They have DirecTV. Even when it was not raining at all, The picture reminded me of watching TV in the '90s. I haven't watched TV with that crappy of a picture in that long. The glass table top in the dining room has no pads or non-skid rubber under the glass. EVERY TIME YOU REST YOUR ARM ON THE TABLE IT MOVES AND SLIDES... EVERY TIME THE TABLE SLIDES AWAY FROM YOU!!! The lighting is horrendous, It's like walking around in the dark. whoever decided to paint the walls tan might have thought about increasing the lumens that are provided in the lighting that is provided in the room, so it's not like you're walking around A room with some Edison light bulbs in it.

- MAYVELYN (6/5): - We flew in a little early checked in when we got there but was told they will text when the room is ready which they didnt so we had to go back at 4.30 to get our keys so we can get into our room. We got in and the previous people that stayed there still have their key card on the table and the couch was not cleaned - there were crumbs. This of course lets us know that the room was not cleaned completely. Other than that the area is beautiful and quiet which we like.

- Ramses (10/5): - The room was large. We had the bedroom, small living room and a kitchenette. Everything was very clean. They asked us to take out our trash and there was no cleaning done daily. It was not a deal breaker for us. The location was great, 15 minutes to Sedona were we hiked all day. The pool and hot tub was empty so we enjoyed it.

Unfortunately we got an email that the room we booked would not be an available for the entire stay and we would need to move to another room. After we complained to Orbitz, we were able to stay in our room, but it definitely this made our stay uncomfortable.
- Jeffrey (2/5): - The room that we were given was close proximity to a very loud busy road with traffic all through the night. Also the room had paper thin walls and we could hear the people in the room next to ours till way after midnight. Plus the room had a weird odor that left a bad scent on all our clothes. We had the room reserved for 2 nights but checked out a day early without a refund.

There were even extras in the closet. I love this because people have different preferences and this made our stay so much more comfortable!

Nights 3 days if you listen to this meeting… it was late, we were trying to get to dinner and the dude would not stop talking about all these options, even after I told them that is something we are not interested in at all.
