Our room was a little small with the king bed and we had a loud banging noice in our room every so often and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Breakfast was ok and could use more variety. Pancake machine was empty and yogurt machine had not been turned on.

- Sara (10/5): - We had an excellent stay here! We got to enjoy the pool for a little bit and even though it is smaller, it is perfect for relaxing. The room was perfect for us and breakfast was excellent. We loved the lobby, the kids got to play tons of games while we got to hang out with friends. The complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and flavored water was wonderful for the kids as well. There are also plenty of snacks and other drinks that you can purchase as well that are not just your regular vending machine snacks. The staff was very friendly and stayed on top if everything. We will absolutely be back for another stay!

- Gib (6/5): - The staff were all great. Everything was clean. We stayed for 5 nights. There was no room for our suitcases and no dresser. I think there were six hangers and a bench we could put stuff under and several hooks on the wall. No coffee pot or microwave. Bed and bedding were nice but pillows were not. The heating and cooling system was very annoying. The air was blowing almost all the time even when we turned it to off. The bathroom light had a sensor light so if you didn’t turn the other light on it would go off when you were in the shower. I guess it is a minimalist motel. Maybe I missed that in the advertising. Again, the staff were great. It was not convenient for multiple people for multiple nights in our opinion.

- herbert (6/5): - Very noisey PTAC unit for the small size of the room kept me up for 2 nights, won't be staying in this Hilton which is a shame 10 minutes from my daughters. Hiltons are usually my first choice had a better stay 2 weeks ago In Arizona at the Hilton.

- Donald (2/5): - Was staying there for a HS football game. Grandson got in trouble, ineligible to play. Tried to cancel room 2 days prior to game. No response from hotel to Expedia in 24 hrs. Expedia had a representative ask hotel for a refund. Tru said no. Will be staying elsewhere when we go for other sports events in Johnston in the future.

- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional service. Beautiful hotel. - I realize this is a brand new hotel, so everything was new and clean, but it was the attitude of the staff that made our staff wonderful. We come to see family in Grimes quite often so we will be staying at this hotel again.
