Guest Reviews
- Cathy (10/5): - Fine
- Eliseo (2/5): - It was so terrible that I felt unsafe being around all the drug addicts homeless people just hanging around in the lobby and there was fleas a sad aroma of drugs the rooms are super filthy so yes I'm not going to be staying at a hotel never again I don't know why it's in business still
- Ben (6/5): - Under renovation but decent place
- Hailey (2/5): - We get there and nobody was at the front desk. It says to call a number. Had called the number three times within the span of twenty minutes and it took another five for someone to come down. And then it took another fifteen minutes to get checked in and given a room key. There were flys and other bugs flying everywhere in the lobby. When we were finally given the room key and sent to our room, walking up the stairs there were what looked to be burn marks in the stair well. Hallways reeked like cigarettes. We get to our room and the key card scanner battery is hanging out on the inside of the room. The room itself was fairly tidy but the bed sheets had stains all over it. Had spots of blood on them too. Didn’t feel like an even semi safe environment at all. Left after not even five minutes into being in the room and went to a different hotel. Went back the next morning to check out and give the room key back and the lady at the front desk had a really bad attitude.
“You get what you pay for” doesn’t even apply. I’ve spent $79 on hotel rooms before and they were much nicer than what I experienced.
- Roland (2/5): - I didn’t like anything. Canceled and went somewhere else
- Mark (2/5): Get what you pay for - Hotel under remodeling. After it is all finished it mught be better. Entering into the hotel it smelled like cigarette smoke. Checked in, received an electronice key, however arrived at the room and it was a door with an old code lock. Arrive at the room, check the sheats, they are dirty. Tv is strange , you haveto download an app which we did not do.bathroom was ok. Hotel is a mess due to construction, i would not recommend staying there for until at least August of 2026.
- levi (4/5): - Was way over charged for condition of property very dirty old and stinky do not recommend no matter what!
- Ashly (2/5): - Worse hotel stay ever! Do not stay here! It’s rundown and disgusting. When we checked in, our room was dirty and when I say dirty I mean filthy!!!! There were dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom, visibly dirty bedding, it was the worst condition of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we asked to switch we were switched to a room that was semi-“clean”, air conditioner did not work and banged every couple minutes all night! We were in a rush to get to our event so we just left once switched rooms and a quick glance. When we got back, I opened the shower curtain and there was a dirty razor cap and shampoo bottle, so clearly this room was not cleaned either. People live there, it’s run down, smells, evidence of drug use, no staff is ever around. They have a phone number at the front desk to call them because they are never there. Glad I paid international charges to call them multiple times. So ridiculous. Do NOT stay here if any one of the above is not acceptable to you. I CANNOT believe what I paid to stay in this dump!!
- Becky (2/5): - Did not stay - dirty, holes in the windows, smelly, unsafe. Stairwell filthy. Took 30 minutes to check in - got to rooms and turned around and left the premises. Three rooms were paid for. Huge TV laying across one bed. No tub - torn out. Tried to call Orbitz - only number given by Orbitz went back to hotel or phone bank so could not stop reservation. Very, very bad experience with the hotel AND Orbitz. Bought “insurance”. Joke - don’t buy the insurance or go through Orbitz. Disappointing for sure. Have used Orbitz for years. No more.
- Natalie (2/5): - Oh my word, this place was horrible and so sketchy. It says no smoking, but the place throughout stank so bad. We paid so much for this place for two nights bc it was close to the airport; and the pictures were not what the place is made out to be. We were scared!
The gentleman checking in before me probably had the same thinking/feeling bc I think he left a review before me!
It felt like some people lived in one part, they were renovating some, and rented out the rest.
- charlene (2/5): - We ended up getting a different hotel room because there was someone smoking in the lobby. It said check in was at 12 and we weren't able to check in until 3 then. The pictures on expedia were nothing like what the hotel or rooms actually looked like. We were supposed to have 2 double beds and they tried putting us in a single double bed and there were 3 of us.
- Gloria (2/5): - Was advised non smoking. Smoking was throughout property. Terrible smell. Safety features poor
- Nicholas (2/5): - Stay away
- Kyle (2/5): - Gross room and AC didn't work
