- Helen (4/5): - No internet in the property and poor signal due to appt building. Tv unable to work as through internet , and as none, TV not useable. Dirty stained mattress and pillows in the wardrobe area. Smashed bathroom door, damaged walls. Freezer unusable as two inches of ice over the door. Note there is a low ceiling beam coming out from the bathroom, we are not tall but repeatedly banged head. Tried communicating about issues with owner/apartment manager but all ignored apart from dropping off shower gel as was none even though stated provided. Best comments was it was a warm apartment and in a good location.
