- Vanessa (4/5): - I think this is a location best for a large party and not peopke who are staying alone. Parking was complicating and being a single woman made it a bit scary. Room was fine, I just didnt feel comfortable there.

- Deborah (2/5): - You’re not renting a house with pool like they make you believe! You’re renting a room inside a house that has another 12 rooms! You can not make any noise because walls are thin like paper! Not enough parking spots, you park behind another car, so good luck getting out!

- Shandra (4/5): - I wasn’t happy at all parking horrible had to park at another house because there was no parking where we were staying carpet dirty mildew on shower curtain and the bed was so low not comfortable at all it was a Humpty bed a dip in bed was scared to move afraid it would break I will not book again it was just a uncomfortable feeling and overall it’s a no for me.

It had gotten really cold to sleep in the room , other ppl were pretty loud that you could hear them all times of the night .. maybe there should be a tv that can tilt so both sides of the room for ppl in the bed to see .

- Solórzano Gutiérrez (2/5): - I booked my nights and they didn't tell me that I was going to have roommates in the house and it was uncomfortable that they didn't tell me because I got to the house and I was surprised I asked them for a refund and they didn't give me the money since I didn't sleep there
- Shahmeer (2/5): - Parking was a nightmare, was unaware of being in a house with other roomates which wasnt a big deal whatsoever but having to move my car early in the morning so someone else could get out was a pain to have on vacation. Furthermore, having to move to another location to park was also not something one should have to deal with. There was a cold spell and heating couldnt be turned up because the thermostat was locked. The showers didn't get hot. The hot tub is not heated. Not worth it.
- Sean (2/5): - This was one of the worst lodging experiences we’ve ever had. We booked through Hotels.com thinking this was a hotel or private suite. Instead, it turned out to be a single bedroom and bathroom inside a shared house in the Bella Vida subdivision. The house was not clean—dirty carpets, marked walls, and bugs. Parking was a major issue. The driveway was full, the street had “No Parking” signs, and no realistic alternative was provided. We parked our small Chevy Trax in the marked spot “E,” which extended slightly into the sidewalk because every space was taken. The next morning, our car was gone. Kissimmee Police told us it had been towed from the property for “blocking the sidewalk.” We had to Uber to a tow yard, were treated rudely, and were forced to pay $175 cash with no written receipt. This caused us to miss a charity race we were in town for and spend more money to enter another. Only afterward did we learn this subdivision is known for aggressive, almost predatory towing. The hosts had emailed nine different “rules” within 24 hours of booking, burying the towing risk in fine print. It wasn’t visible or clear when booking, and parking was impossible to comply with anyway. I emailed the property owners requesting reimbursement and they ignored the message completely. Between the misleading listing, unclean room, unsafe parking, predatory towing, and zero response from the hosts, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
- Eiesha (6/5): - If you are looking for a place to just sleep and keep going this will work for you. Bed was comfortable but during check out I noticed stains all under sheets. A simple mattress protector would help. Bathroom was overall clean however the shower curtain had mildew all on inside. Quite disappointing. The downstairs was nicely decorated but floors were filthy. This is a shared space and overall folks are respectful. Parking is major issue. You can be blocked in at any point and please don’t think about bringing any extra cars. There is not enough spacing for everyone in house and you are not allowed to park on street. If you plan to come and go and move at a swift pace have patience. You’ll have to ask folks in house to possibly unblock you. Amenities are slim. No laundry detergent or cleaning products are available. Stock up if needed.
