Calum (4/5): - The window blind didn’t unroll fully to ensure privacy and block out light especially in the morning. They were unable to fix it. This room should not have sold and I would like a refund. I was doing a lot of driving the day before and after and needed a solid sleep, however the morning light woke me at 4.30am As I said this room should not have been sold and I would like a refund.

This accommodation far exceeded our expectations and the staff member who took us to our room was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!
