- Roman (8/5): - Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in Nähe zur S-Bahn und in einem schönen Viertel mit guten Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war groß und man hatte, was man brauchte. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung des Bads konnte mit dem Zimmer nicht ganz mithalten und das Zimmer war recht hellhörig.
- European123 (8/5): Genoten en zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit - Grote kamers, zeker voor hotels in Japan. Comfortabel, netjes en schoon. Er zijn supermarkten in de buurt, en vele restaurants en winkelcentra. Ook een hele leuke grote speeltuin. We hadden een kamer geboekt voor 4 personen (2 volwassen en 2 kinderen van 11 en 8 jaar). Er is een kingsize bed en daarnaast een 1-persoonsbed waar de kinderen samen niet in passen. We hebben het opgelost door de 2 kinderen met een volwassen in het grote bed te laten slapen.

- Miho (10/5): コスパよく快適に過ごせました！ - 駅からも近く、また初めて利用した大森駅は意外と乗り換えも楽で大変便利でした。周りががやがやしていないので落ち着いて過ごせます。 駅周辺にいくつか居酒屋さんもあり、そこまで混んでいなく利用しやすかったです。 ホテルのステイ清掃もきちんとしてくださり、安心してゆったり滞在することができました。（お安く滞在させてもらえたので、ハウスキーピングにあまり期待をしておりませんでした。大変失礼いたしました。）民泊とホテルで悩んだのですが、やはりホテルにしてよかったなぁと思いました。そして、フロントのスタッフの対応も皆さん良かったです！ また、目の前にコンビニがあるので、何か必要なときはすぐにいくことができて助かりました。 長めの滞在だったのですが、ランドリーがないので歩いて3分くらいのランドリーへ洗濯をしに行く必要がありました。雨の日はちょっと大変に感じました。時間帯によっては、洗濯機や乾燥機の空きがなく利用することができませんでした。夜の時間帯より朝、早めの時間の方がすいていたのでお勧めです。そして、コインランドリーの機械はあまり新しくないです。
- HIWATASHI (10/5): - 立地もよくお部屋も綺麗で広く快適に過ごせました！ アメニティも揃っており不自由なく過ごせました また東京に来た時にはお世話になります またランチをいただいたのですがとても美味しくおなかいっぱいになり満足でしたー 良くなかった点は思いつきませんがコインランドリーがあれば最高です！
- Nicole (7/5): Okay stay, could improve cleanliness - Free skin care kits. Spacious room. We have to move the extra bed as we couldnt open our luggages properly due to space/design limitation. The carpet was not that clean, with some dust and small plastic pieces left under the extra bed. One of our friends' skin was very itchy after sitting on the extra bed. The staff arranged cleaning service the next morning. The security level could be better as it doesnt require a key card to access the lift, you could access all floors without a key card.

- Emerson (1/5): Horrível!! - Localizao foi o que salvou, só! Não gostei do atendimento desde o checkin até o checkout, nao ajudaram em nada! Nao tinha um sachê de café sequer nos quartos, que aliás estavam sujos com cortinas rasgadas, e lençóis manchados. Pouca pressão no chuveiro. Mas o que mais me decepcionou foi a falta de vontade por parte dos funcionário em ajudar quando pedido. Pedi pra chamarem um simples táxi e a má vontade foi tão grande que disse que não teria como por conta do horário, (19:00)!?!? NÃO RECOMENDO E NUNCA MAOS VOLTAREI A ME HOSPEDAR NESSA REDE!

- shinobu (8/5): 空間はストレスフリーゆったり時間 - 広いスペースととにかく圧迫感のないレイアウト 大変ゆったりした気持ちでお部屋で過ごせた 当日はインバウンドのお客さんが多く大変そうで 皆さん対応に忙しそうでロビーフロアにバゲッジであふれ、お一人様の日本人の私のような客に笑顔も忘れるぐらい忙しそうで、ちょっと残念でした。

I didn't like the fact that they didn't bother to consider a genuine request where I had requested them to switch me to 2 bedroom instead of a 3 bedroom or not charge for the buffet for my wife which I had booked. Because my wife could not make the trip because of a personal loss . Felt that was a bit insensitive. I gave back the unused buffer passes which went waste

- 有紀江 (9/5): 満足している - 部屋がとても広く、キングサイズのベッドのシングルのベッドもあり、家族４人で泊まっても、ゆったりと眠れた。近くに西友やコンビニもあり便利だった。 シーツは綺麗に敷かれていたが、たまたまシーツがめくれた足元には、茶色い大きな汚れのシミが見えた。 ロケーションは、期待していなかったから仕方ないがビルしか見えなかった。

- Forza Kemal (10/5): Perfect - This was our second stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful for us. My wife, my two children, and I had a very enjoyable and fantastic stay. The Comfort King room was especially amazing. The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. A gentleman, a Nepalese receptionist, gave us a stove when we mentioned we had children with us. He talked about the surroundings and was very supportive. Regarding food, there are Turkish restaurants nearby offering various types of food. Its proximity to Omori train station is fantastic. This was our second stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful for us. My wife, my two children, and I had a very enjoyable and fantastic stay. The Comfort King room was especially amazing. - Michael (9/5): Perfect for Families and those who appreciate quieter stays - For Japan, this clean hotel provides very large rooms (twice the size of some rooms in Japan) and can accommodate 3 guest in their standard King room with sofa. They even have 4 bed rooms for larger families. It is in a residential neighbourhood with lots of amenities nearby and a 5 min walk to the train station. Only 2 stops to the Yamanote line, so convenient but without the noise & congestion of Shibuya/Shinjuku areas. 24hr laundromat a block away and Lawson across the street, 7/11 a block away. 24hr grocery store at the station and lots of eateries. Free shuttle to/from Haneda.
