Os funcionários do condomínio foram receptivos e educados durante toda a estadia. A localização é um ponto positivo: próxima a ótimas praias, como Stella Maris e Flamengo, além de supermercado nas redondezas. O apartamento é bem equipado, com itens básicos novos e em bom estado. Como ressalva, o estúdio é um pouco pequeno para quatro adultos, mas, no nosso caso, isso não chegou a ser um problema. A reserva foi feita pelo Hoteis.com, e o primeiro contato ocorreu por meio da agência Seazone, que repassou as regras básicas e informou que a anfitriã entraria em contato até 48 horas antes do check-in, o que ocorreu conforme combinado. Não houve contato presencial com a anfitriã Roberta, mas sempre que precisei esclarecer alguma dúvida, fui prontamente atendido via WhatsApp. Ela também indicou restaurantes nas proximidades. De modo geral, considerei a experiência excelente e recomendo a hospedagem.
