• Mohammed (6/5): - AC didn’t work in either room, no iron provided and have to share one between all guests, flies in the room coming from a ceiling cover in the bathroom. Staff were good but the language barrier made it very difficult to get our points across
• Vlera (10/5): - Everything was so good. The staff was really nice and friendly, rooms were clean, the breakfast was more than enough. Everyone was so pleasant, especially Mahsun, he helped us a lot also regarding arranging the taxi to the airport as well, definitely going back again.

• Elisha (4/5): - The receptionists were wonderful like Mahsun and Huseyin they were very helpful. But room service was aweful and had to ask them instead of daily room service and so weak in charging the room. The lady work in kitchen was very disrepectful.
• Ricardo M (8/5): - The hotel is very good for the price, clean rooms, except under the bed, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, and nice staff. The problem here is not the hotel, but the street it is on. Even though right on that street there are a few 3 and 4 star hotels, the street is very dirty, hardly any sidewalk space because people use the sidewalk for other purposes such as parking motorcycles and throwing trash, therefore people end up walking on the streets amid all the vehicles which makes it dangerous. The street has mainly car shops, auto parts, and junk yards.

• Mohammad (10/5): - Dear Solo hotle taksim team I would like to sincerely thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service during my recent stay at your hotel everything from the cleanliness of the room to friendly and helpful staff made my visit truly enjoyable. We stayed 5 nights with my wife our trip couldn’t have been better. During our stay we met Mahsun at the reception and he was so kind and helpful and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile honestly he couldn’t have been better and really made our stay special thanks again!

• Ebru (4/5): - I stayed here for only 1 night althought i booked 5 nights. I wouldnt consider this as a 3 star hotel. The only positive was the bed which was comfy. This is areally low budget hotel but the price paid wasnt in accordance. If you are going out and need to stay somewhere just to sleep this hotel can be suitable. In terms of the breakfast not too much to offer but then again if your not fussy about breakfast its ok. The shower head top came off broke on the time of use and i advise you bring your own shampoo and shower gel as there was a shampoo but no shower gel and i had only one towel for 2 people, had to ask for an extra one. Overal just for sleep its ok but not my type of 3 star might as well pay a little more and go to a 4 star.

The location was also great as was a short walk to the top of Taksim where you can start your day and access many parts of Istanbul. They also provide pick up and collection from airport as well as excellent, partnered Hammam service. Overall for the price I paid the value is incredible.

• Lütfiye (2/5): - Das Zimmer ist aus Gründen der Hygiene leider nicht zu empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte leider auch nicht, auch auf Nachfrage konnte unser Anliegen nicht gelöst werden. Die Umgebung (Ort dolapdere) ist unangenehm und daher nicht zu empfehlen. Das Personal war jedoch durchgehend freundlich, zuvorkommend und respektvoll.

Fatih heeft me tijdens mijn verblijf erg fijn geholpen, en hij staat meteen voor je klaar, voor transfers, uitjes, en zelfs de vraag of je gegeten hebt. 10/10. Ik heb een fijn verblijf gehad. Zeker een aanrader.

• Gabriel (10/5): - Fatih was amazing, he helped me with everything and anything I needed. So glad that I was able to stay here and was able to get to the Istanbul Congress Center easily. The area was fine, a little loud during the day but very safe.
• Nouman Abou (8/5): - Staff were very helpful, Breakfast was good in general, however, room towels were not something you feel comfortable using (I usually bring mine!). additionally I would add more coffee and tea in the room as dining facility is only available during breakfast time (8am to 10am). I would suggest make it available to serve tea, Coffee and light snacks during other times for hotel users and their guests (Paid service). Location of hotel is good and is in close waking distance to transport and Takseim sq. However, it is on a busy road which is noisy sometimes. In General it was good stay and i would chose it again.

Especially dayshift agent. He went out of his way yo help me get around with ease. I found the property is well kept and every thing is clean and well maintained

If it is still in the there, why they refuse to return it?

He was so helpful, kind, and always ready to answer all our questions with a smile. Honestly, he couldn’t have been better and really made our stay special. We also loved all the activities the hotel offers, especially with the convenient transfers to and from the hotel. Everything was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend this hotel – and a special thank you to Fatih for making our experience unforgettable! Soukaina and Lilou
• Margaret (10/5): Great value hotel with caring staff - Great value hotel. Good location - safe, and easy to get everywhere. Staff are what makes this hotel so appealing. Faith in particular was extremely helpful and went out of his way to offer excellent service. The lady who manages breakfast was also sweet. Clean, quiet rooms. Elevator. Nice atmosphere. I’d recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again when in Istanbul.
• Fareed (2/5): - This hotel has no room cleaning service, breakfast is the same thing everyday with boiled eggs, breads and some cut cucumbers while the person makes it also watching you like a watchdog.. The elevator always have issues. The bathrooms have problems with leaking.. there is no microwaves in the room.
• Domenico Maria (6/5): - Una volta che si è fatta l’abitudine alla zona dove si trova l’hotel (molto caotica e sporca), posso dire che la base è buona ma c’è molto da migliorare. Sicuramente i servizi devono essere adeguati ad un tre stelle e comunque le stanze sono veramente piccole sebbene pulite. Il personale è disponibile ma tradisce grosse inefficienze di gestione. Una nota per l’operatore. Le foto della struttura ingannano molto- meno grandangolo sarebbe preferibile.

• Nigel (10/5): - Staff were very helpful and friendly. One guy Fatih would go above and beyond to help, would share his food and snacks and really make you feel welcome. Would recommend for everyone except if you have mobility or health problems as the area is quite hilly. Bus is very closeby and can take you to Karakoy/Eminonu/Besiktas, metro is about 10mins walk to Osmanbey and 20mins walk to Taksim.
• Merve (6/5): - Mevki olarak sanayi bölgesi ancak rahatsız edici bir bölge değildi. Biz sadece konaklama olarak düşündüğümüz için bu ayrıntıya takılmadık. Aile suit oda olması sebebiyle 2 ayrı oda içten kapılı olması güzeldi. Ancak binanın eski olması sebebiyle odalarda koku vardı çocukların kaldığı tarafın ışığı çalışmadı, Tv çalışmadı. Çalışanları son derece saygılı ancak bize biraz tecrübesiz geldi. Örneğin. Biz odadan yokken hiç bir bilgi verilmeden odaya girip lambayı yapmaya çalışıyordu. Bu durumdan rahatsızlık duyduk. Onun dışında genel olarak iyiydi
• Esad (8/5): - Guy on the desk (name Fatih) was very helpful… Area around hotel not clean but hotel and rooms are updated and clean..! We stayed for 3 days with no issues. We paid for shuttle to airport and Fatih take care of it, shuttle was on time.

I felt safe there and I love the fact that they were always willing to give me suggestions and recommendations about Istanbul. I had great conversations with Fatih and the other guy who works during the night shift. Fatih made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. The other lady who did the breakfast was so sweet as well.
