Guest Reviews
- Antoine (2/5): - When I got to my room my toilet seat cover was broken and my sink was clogged. I went to to the front desk and no one was there at 6P. I had to leave, but when I returned they did eventually get me in to a different room with a double bed.
- Shawna (10/5): - The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the hotel was very quiet it was very peaceful nice stay
- Heath (8/5): - Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Frankie (6/5): - It was ok not to bad
- Danni (10/5): - No
- bonnie (4/5): - The main hallway of rooms seemed fine but then our room was the next hallway & the smell of stale smoke & nasty carpet was not great. The room itself seemed fairly clean but very run down & tub was creepy.
- Darryn Casey (8/5): - This hotel is inexpensive for a reason. It is an older hotel, but recently appears to be going through new ownership, and they are renovating the place. The fact that they are investing into the place gives me some promise that it will be a good low-cost option next time I visit La Cross. Staff was very polite, well dressed, and welcoming.
- Amanda (2/5): - Do not stay here. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for half the price. Hotel looks abandoned. Staff was not friendly. Half of the hotel was not functional. Rooms had 1 pillow per person and they do not have any additional. Not enough towels. Breakfast was cereal and bananas. Beds were so noisy any time you moved they were very squeaky. No restroom in lobby they direct you to an abandoned room with a bathroom in poor condition. The pool is out of service. There is no signage on the outside saying it is CORATEL Inn. Wish I could get a refund.
- Brad (2/5): - Filthy. Carpets looked like they had never been cleaned. A brown stain on the toilet paper roll. Tried to plug something in and it blew out the lamp. No drinking cups. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Do yourself a favor and take this place off your list. I left after I saw my room and am now sitting in a nice clean Hampton inn room.
- Sandra (2/5): - We had a long day driving so we booked and paid $53 for a room Expedia. When we finally found this place the clerk said that there was no rooms available and I said we just paid for this room so if that one is taken we need another one because we already paid. He gave us this run around saying Expedia doesn't always have the right information. I said you have to have something because your no vacancy sign is not lit up. He disappeared for 15 mins and when he came back he said yes there's 1 room open we had to pay another $76 and when we walked in this room it had a smell to it the tv didn't work the dressers were all busted the floor was so dirty it was sticky, blood on the pillowcases dirty sheets oh and COCKROACHES ALL OVER. The ice machine didn't work and when we told the staff about it they didn't care they treated us horribly. It was a horrible experience. Especially since I had to pay twice for this gross bug infested bloody sheet unkept room. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would
- Melinds (2/5): - It was over priced for the room quality. Only one set of towels in the room, no cleaning or seeing we needed new towels for the 2nd night stay. Leaking. Water from shower or toilet not sure or sink. Shower was rusted and looked like it was going to fall off the wall when we use it.No tv guide, no local channels all old shows not what program they had in there tv’s.
Breakfast was cereal with milk sitting out was what I seen and a microwave did not go into decided to each elsewhere for breakfast.
Pool was under maintenance.
Outside still had garbage from the first day we checked in out there when checked out.
- Patricia (2/5): - This hotel is a very nice crack house. The grounds have never been manicured it looks abandoned and unsafe. Never would I ever stay here again.
- Phillllip (4/5): - The place obviously has gone under a few different owners. Cheap but scary!
- Madison (2/5): - The room was absolutely disgusting, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed for a while. The only good thing was that the AC worked.
- Gilberto Miguel (6/5): - Old property, pool unavailable
- Sue (2/5): - Probably one of the worst hotel I've been in. Felt dirty sleeping there and couldnt wait to leave. Smelled horrible and had to turn the AC on and leave for awhile before coming back. Don't believe the pictures that are on the booking site. Absolutely does not represent what you get.
