- Paige (10/5): - Very easy check-in. Very nice apartment. Comfy beds. Hot tub was a hit! Centrally located to everything in Pigeon Forge. No traffic noise. Would ABSOLUTELY stay again.
- Angela (10/5): - This is a great place to stay in a very convenient location. I wish we could have stayed longer! We had plenty of room for my kids and myself to relax and enjoy our weekend. The recreation room was fun too.
- Sara (8/5): - The room was nice. There were a few things that needed attention. The beds aren't very comfortable, when you're there for several nights. The upstairs bathroom shower is was very loose. Overall, it was a very nice and easy to find place.
- Gabriel (4/5): - Terribly unresponsive staff. Never followed up on many a call regarding a few items left behind by mistake…def did that on purpose. “Voicemail full” You get what you pay for!
- Carol (2/5): - There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!
