- TANIA (2/5): - Terrible experience. I had to call and text multiple times just to get the lockbox code, as it was never sent to me. When they finally responded, they gave me the wrong room information, and the key wasn’t even in the lockbox. On top of that, the room advertised as having a “private bathroom” actually had the bathroom down the corridor, not inside the room. The place also looked nothing like the photos. Avoid this property.
