- David (6/5): - The amenities were lacking. This property is geared toward accommodating workers in the area and not families with small children who need small things like extra soaps and breakfast. (My bad-I should have paid more attention to amenities list before booking.)
- Dean (4/5): We will avoid at all cost - We will never stay at this Echo. And. I will not recommend to others. It's new, relatively clean, and counter staff are friendly, but property manager was rude and insensitive. My partner had a brain tumor removed and was given a service support dog. At check-in we presented medical certification for the dog and granted the hotel exemption. Then, we extended another week and the property manager, Brianna told us we had to pay $50, plus $20 for each day past and present stay. Even after explaining our situation, she printed the Federal regulation and shoved it on my face. Then, said the counter staff was not correctly trained. I don't believe her attitude is isolated, but rather an example of this Echo management customer service. We should have left the hotel immediately, but in diabled condition it made it very difficult. Property manager avoided us for the rest of our stay.
- Matt (10/5): - Bri and the staff at this echo suites are amazing! The property is new to the point where you can smell the carpet glue when you’re walking through the lobby. They take them at most meticulous care of things when they come to cleaning so hopefully the new will stay on for a long time. Has a lot to do with the guests, but the staff is going over and above. I would highly recommend.

- Larry (6/5): stick with La Quinta - With only a handful of rooms occupied, why put a client on the noisiest spot facing the highway? After a 9 hour drive I was not thinking about that until I got back to my room after desk closed. I know its extended stay, but at $100 bucks a night, least put a coffee maker in the room.
- lisa (8/5): Unexpected week away - Stayed here for a week while plumbing was being fixed at our house. It was brand new so everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable enough. This is not high quality but not poor quality either. I’ve never been in an extended stay hotel so I can’t compare. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They still have some kinks to work out but, for the price, we were happy with our stay
