- Caroline (2/5): - I booked 12york but after so many frustrations of asking fir the details of the room i was told to go another apartment which was very far from 12york. Had to pay taxi 40CAD to take me since i had so many luggages and a baby. Plus a deposit of 600CAD which was ridiculous. I haven't received my refund yet

We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back
