Michelle (2/5): - I had a family emergency and I needed to cancel my reservation on Friday early morning and I did. They didn't refund my charge for the room!! I won't ever book a room there again!!
Michael (2/5): Nothing good! - The room was in poor disrepair and had a strong scent to hide bad oder. Staff was not friendly and not always available.
William (6/5): - Room was kept really clean cleaning staff was excellent . One of the reception is was really nice kind and polite but one was rather rude I don't know their names
