Guest Reviews
- Andres (10/5): - Great location
- Anita (8/5): - Great stay overall. Breakfast lacked variety, there was no meat or proteins beside scrambled eggs. All carbs mainly. They definitely need to update ADA compliance. My dad has to use a mobile chair and the majority of the exterior doors did not have the ADA compliant doors (patio door and gate, doors guest room exterior doors)
- Redescal (8/5): - Well maintained property. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty. Parking very easy.
- Natasha (4/5): - The staff weren’t very friendly, room was ok, view was pretty sad looking and the breakfast in the morning wasn’t very good. The location was the best part and the reason why I booked it. In the evening there were kids running up and down the hall slamming the door and being loud and a crusty old man stood outside smoking in front of the main door the whole time.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Very clean rooms that smell amazing
- Mike (8/5): - Nice stay.
- Shane (10/5): - Love the room and the view
- Cassandra (10/5): - The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean and good sized. We always enjoy our stay here.
- Mindy (8/5): - We had a pleasant last-minute stay at this establishment on Thanksgiving evening. Check-in was easy (not always the case with a third party reservation), staff was friendly, parking free, room spacious. Buildings are on the older side, but they have been renovated at some point. Beds were comfortable and building quiet. Location can't be beat--central to the strip and so nice to just easily walk everywhere instead of getting into a car to fight traffic and parking lots. Only negative was breakfast was heavy on carbs and zero meat on the menu, which is a shocker for an East Tennessee breakfast! Lots of good breakfast places nearby--Pancake Pantry one of the best just down the street. Price was good for a last-minute holiday date and great location.
- Danielle (10/5): - The room was spotless and we had a balcony of the river! And the staff is friendly! The breakfast is great!
- David (6/5): - Beds were terrible.
- Makayla (10/5): - Love love loved staying here! The location was so convenient and couldn’t have been more cozy! I do wish that there was a little bit more of a variety of breakfast food. But still loved the food that was provided. Staff was kind and helpful.
- Tracey (8/5): - Very clean, friendly staff, hard uncomfortable bed
- Mary (10/5): - Had a lovely stay for the weekend. The central location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurant and attractions . Our room was spacious and clean, and we really appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Staff were excellent. The only minor downside was that there were no breakfast meats at breakfast, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Gaitlinburg."
- Dale (8/5): - Breakfast was not fresh.
We felt safe with the parking.
- Teresa (10/5): - Clean room, quiet, close to everything!
- Linda (10/5): - The breakfast was fresh. The parking was easy.
- Ana (10/5): - Clean rooms and everything is close you can walk everywhere
- William (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a great view of the river. The breakfast was good, only wish that a meat was offered. We were very pleased with our stay.
- Lucille (8/5): - Clean room.Staff was very friendly.
- Vinicius (8/5): - Everything was good, clean, the room
- ROSA (8/5): - I like the view from the room balcony, closest to Anakesta park and aquarium. I would've like to see more breakfast varieties like adding sausages or bacon.
- Sheila (10/5): - Rooms are always clean and staff is very friendly. Love staying here and the location to walk to everything is awesome.
- Jared (10/5): - Great location. Everything seemed clean. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but as a whole, the hotel was a good band for our buck.
- Marci (10/5): - Parking in garage is tight in a truck and getting out of garage is tight
- Amber (8/5): - Room was clean, staff was awesome, liked the closeness to everything. Breakfast was ok. Same thing everyday for 3 days but all in all I would stay again.
- Tracy (10/5): - Yes
- mercedes (4/5): - No, not very good
- Michaela (8/5): - The rooms were clean, but very outdated. The bed was very hard and breakfast was definitely not great. Other than those weird packaged scrambled eggs and yogurt, no other protein.
- Ellen (10/5): - We had a nice view of the river from our patio balcony. The beds were comfy. Wonderful shower!
- Mitchell (10/5): - Clean room, polite staff and couldnt hear the rooms next to us!
- Clark (10/5): - Room was very clean. Hotel is very convenient to Anakeesta and the Village.
- Rex (8/5): - Pros: Room was clean staff very friendly
Cons: beds need new mattresses
Room door needs weather stripping, could see light all the way around door when closed. Temperature outside was below freezing and cold air blew in around door
- Kenneth (10/5): - Easy Check In , Clean Rooms
- Diane (8/5): - Room was clean. Staff friendly.
- Brent (10/5): - We really enjoyed
- Donna (10/5): - Very clean close to strip beds very comfortable
- Michael (10/5): - Clean room. Great area. Just need safe in rooms
- ellen (8/5): - Daily room service
- Chris (10/5): - Perfect location! Loved the covered parking for our building.
- Vallerie (10/5): - Did not eat breakfast
- Christina (10/5): - Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly. Vuilding had cute fire tables outside. This was our first time but def not pur last
- Fabian (4/5): - Poor room quality
- Jordan (10/5): - Rooms were spacious and as advertised. Lodge was close to main attractions and walking distance to everything! Breakfast buffet was also nice!
- Jimmy (10/5): - Clean room attended daily with surplus towels. Great location for walking to attractions.
- Gale (4/5): - The front desk personnel were great. They originally had us booked on the wrong room, they did update the room.
The breakfast was minimal only scrambled eggs and biscuits. Very disappointing!!
The lodge overall was disappointing not what the website made it out to be. Beds were hard and linens were scratchy and had a funny odor.
The only advance about the lodge, it is centrally located to downtown. We will not be staying there again
- Melissa (10/5): - Room was spotless and the view from the river was the best
- Robin (10/5): - The room was nice and clean. There was a great view of the creek and it was close to everything!
- Herbert (10/5): - Clean room
- Casey (10/5): - Super Clean and Friendly Staff. We will be staying here again.
- KONNY (8/5): - Room was clean music from next door hotel outside but inside a fan does cancel that noise. Breakfast was ok no meat option very good location probably the best since there is a traffic light. Would stay there again.
- Rabecka (10/5): - It was a very nice and localized place to stay to be able to walk everywhere.
- Rhonda (8/5): - Convenient parking for Gatlinburg attractions.
- WiniFred M (10/5): - The breakfast was much more than the advertised continental: various breads, and coffee, but also juices, milk, cereals hot and cold, yogurt, bagels scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. The beds were fabulously comfortable and room was pristine. Unlike other hotels parking and WiFi in the rooms was free. It is within walking distance of so many attractions and restaurants. I like that it’s family owned and so well maintained.
- Debra (10/5): - We got to see a bear and close to everything.
- Nichole (10/5): - Super important to know that they do not want trailers in their parking lot. We trailered our motorcycles so that we could ride once we arrived. I was afraid we’d have to find another place to stay. So so grateful they made an exception. But don’t count on it!!!
Also. Michigan has raccoons. Gatlinburg has black bears. Shocking. And adorable to watch!!
- Carol (10/5): - Very clean and a great location.
- Jon (6/5): - We was staying only a day but the shower was not clean and thr coffee maker didnt work. We didnt have a great view from our balcony as the huge sign on the location says. This was just an average stay for a gigh price
- Bernadette (10/5): - Wish they had a hot tub.
- Stefan (10/5): - …
- Stefan (10/5): - …
- David (10/5): - Our third time here. You can walk easily from here. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and nice.
- Roy R (6/5): - Didn’t use it.
- Tina (10/5): - Good breakfast
- Mary (10/5): - The front desk made sure I had a room close to the breakfast room since I have mobility issues. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise River view when the River is actually really dry and no really a River.
- James (10/5): - Amazing location, staff and stay
