Resepsiyondaki yasemin hanım a teşekkür ederim, gayet işini bilen bir çalışan. hem güler yüzlü hem de oldukça azimli bir çalışan kendisini gerçekten tebrik etmek gerekiyor. Bugüne kadar birçok otelde konakladım ve özellikle dinlenme bölümlerinde çok vakit geçirdim. İyi personellerin, özellikle de samimiyetin dozunu aşmadan misafirlerle ilgilenen personelin otellerde yer alması bence son derece önemli.

- Özgür (2/5): - otele ilk girişteki suratsız arkadaş online rezervasyon yapmama rağmen bana inanmadı fiyatlara tekrardan baktı yüksek ses tonuyla bizim fiyatlar böyle değildi neden böyle oldu diye söylendi o saatte başka otel bulsaydim orda kesinlikle kalmazdim bana verdiği odada personel odası yazıyor du kapılar da pek güven vermedi
