- Angel (2/5): - This place is a scam .. it’s not a hotel there is nobody in front desk. They canceled our stay due to maintenance and it was really because we figured they were scamming people. And then refuse to refund us. People were outside dealing with the same issue. Stay away from this apartment. It is not a hotel ! Not a resort !

It was 3 am and I had to wake up a lot of people just to get in, the owner was helpful and I was able to sleep in the room I paid for but sorry won’t be staying again ! Thank you .

- Ashley (2/5): - I was not able to check in. Honest was extremely unhelpful in locating the address after speaking to him on the phone. Google images showed a garage and when I called for clarification he was extremely vague and then asked me to cancel the booking just for asking questions? This listing needs to be taken down immediately. the better business bureau on the business owner and Expedia for allowing this person to continuously wasting peoples time and resources.

- Richard (2/5): - It did not exist. There is no parking. It was the most horrific barrio I’ve ever seen in my life with drug addicts, using drugs everywhere. It was extremely unsafe, and this was a scam. I could not get a refund and they robbed me of my money.

We called customer service and they stated they didn’t even know there was a booking and was on his way. We waited almost an hour and he did not arrive. He was very rude and nasty. We had to drive all the way back home!
