- Alexandra (10/5): - Quiet and nice
- Jennifer (10/5): The inn at Philadelphia airport - Over all my stay was lovely thank you for having me 🙏 I will be back… I see there under renovation which is ok … I wanna thank the night shift lady Marcella I believe her name was for being a wonderful night staff front desk lady keep the positive energy… I know front desk can be crazy sometimes but keep up the great work 💪 thanks for talking to me as I was waiting on my man …. I also seen the inspector before I left Tameika was her name awesome lady positive attitude love the vibe keep up the good work a thank you for all you do …
- George (2/5): - Our toilet got backed up I went to the front desk to see if they had a plunger to fix it the front desk told me that they didn’t so for my stay I had to use the bathroom in the lobby to go to the bathroom both times. I had the lights turn off on me as I was going to the bathroom leaving me in the dark. Then I went to use the shower in my room before checking out and nearly slipped and fell. I had purposely tried to stay in proximity closer to Citizens Bank Park as I flew into Philadelphia to attend the game. I will never stay at this property again. There was no breakfast, I was told there wasn’t going to be any coffee in the morning by front desk staff, nor were there any shuttles to the airport.
- Nichole (2/5): - Middle of renovation, rooms stink like cigarettes, burn marks on all furniture carpet was so dirty it was sticky. The beds were clean at least
- Terina (4/5): - Holes in wall, glitchy elevator, short staffed, dirty room, broken doors, air conditioner doesn’t work properly.
- Troy (10/5): - n/a
- Alexandra (2/5): - We left at 1am as the conditions were too terrible! Filthy hotel. Trash in the hallways, ripped and stained carpet, chipped and scuffed furniture, brown water pooled in bathtub, dirt on mattress, no pillow case liners…I could go on!!
- Tony (4/5): - Air Conditioning did not work. Shower did not drain well.
Staff was friendly
- Julio (10/5): - Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great hotel to handle business in the area the rooms are great and very clean and classic love it.
- Amir (2/5): - honestly a poor experience all around
- Melody-Ann (8/5): - Certainly they are in renovation mode, staff was friendly, room old and worn. Beds very comfy.
- Donna (6/5): - It wasn’t really my vibe, so I didn’t stay the entire time. It wasn’t terrible, but I probably wouldn’t return. The hotel is dated, though it mentioned it being renovated, which is promising. The young lady at the front desk was very nice.
- Tanyell (10/5): - Very friendly
- Tyhir (10/5): - Staff was so kind, overall it was a great stay
- Kevin T (8/5): - In the middle of remodeling.
- Tom (8/5): - The toilet seat was loose as was the flush handle.
- Michael (2/5): - It was bad when i stayed there Nd i told night management that the light was flickering and he shoved phone in face to translate witch don't mind but when he watching porn on it that when i draw line and when the other guy sleeping in back
- Thomas Edward (8/5): - Room is fine, but needs remodeling. I knew property was under renovation when I booked it, so it’s not a disappointment. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- Andrew (10/5): - Clean room, friendly staff
- Salvatore (2/5): - The room was absolutely disgusting. It reeked of piss. The floor was greasy the tables were not cleaned and there was poop clogged in the toilet. There was also a shower tile just hanging off the shower with a giant dirty dark hole in the wall.
Also what kind of airport hotel doesn’t have airport shuttle service? And no breakfast or any snack or vending machines? Tf is this lol
- Megan (2/5): - There was mold all over the property
- Hadi (8/5): - Good location
- Tajsia (4/5): - Upon entering the room we noticed a slight smell, ok not a big deal. Well, the bathroom floor and entryway floor was slippery, like as if the wrong chemical was used. The carpet felt sticky and damp/ had a dirty feeling so we kept our socks on. I did notice crumbs on the floor, soni picked it up until I kept seeing more trash not to mention the nightstands had a slippery touch to them!
I called Front desk and asked to borrow the vacuum and spray. She said was sending up housekeeping, I did clean myself just to be on the safe side. Front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful. I just wish the room was cleaner and the sheets actually fit! I can't tell you how many times I had to get up during the night to fix the fitted sheet!
- Glee (6/5): - Its just a place to sleep for cheap
- Beatriz (10/5): - Staff was lovely!
- Juan ruben (6/5): - It was decent, room smelled a little funny, but overall was decent for the 2 nights i was there
- Rebecca (6/5): - Lobby smelled like urine .. rooms were ok beds were new .. no breakfast construction noise n elevator traffic super annoying
- Faquensonne (8/5): - in room 410 the smell was unpleasant, it
- Cheryl (8/5): - Air Conditioner was excellent but there was an annoying noise that interfere with resting peacefully. Staff was great. Very friendly.
- Tiffany (4/5): - I spent two days at this location
- Ruben (2/5): - The walls were so thin that I was hearing what the next room was speaking about. Saw a few things that concerned me at this stay. There was a guy with an ankle tracker on. There was a police car stationed there the evening and night.
- Alistair (2/5): - Dirties hotel ever nothing works.
- Nihal (10/5): - I was very pleased with the two staff who welcomed us at the entrance and sent us off in the morning. The hotel is also spotlessly clean.
- Steven (6/5): - The property is currently undergoing a renovation. The renovation had not reached the floor that we were on. The bed was clean. The carpet was not. Walking around bare foot for 10 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. There were loose tiles in the bathroom (which otherwise seemed clean). There was hair on the wall of the shower when we checked in. Housekeeping was by request only, but this wasn't noted anywhere. The TV only received 3 clear channels. A fourth (ABC) was marginal. It was inexpensive.
- Anil (2/5): - terrible
- Shane (10/5): - Overall it was a great experience and stay. very pleased!!
- Angel (8/5): - Maybe it's not a 5 star hotel but their customers service it's 10 stars.
- Rebecca (8/5): - I like the beds there amazing ther Roma are great price for whatcha get
- nevaeh (2/5): Disgusting - I stayed In room 311, initially when I walked in the room smelled like cigarettes, the floor, curtains, pillows, sheets/blankets all had what appeared to be blood on them, the lamp shade was dented and looked as if someone was beat with it, I contacted the front desk and the only response I got was to contact the manager the next morning after 10am, asked for a new room and was also told to contact the manager the next morning, I ended up having to stay in my vehicle due to there lack of professionalism, the next morning I had asked for a refund and the manager sent pictures that only displayed the "decent" parts of the room I had replied with the pictures showing the blood on everything and was told the room was perfectly fine and they did not find anything we were talking about. this place is trash, honestly would have been cleaner to have slept on the street then to be in that hotel. very disappointed. would not recommend ever even consider staying in this hotel!!!
- Darryl (6/5): - No bad, going through renovations so limited to certain floors.
- Tina (2/5): Not good - When arrive the guy have me a room with somebody already in it . Then he gave me another room with a tv that was not working . Never got my King size bed that I request. My stay was not good I really want my money back.
- Alicia (6/5): - The little area the mini fridge was stored in had a broken door, there was urine at the bottom of the toilet that someone missed while cleaning, the elevator's down button did not work on the 4th floor, there was broken tiles on the shower wall as well as something red. My family and I spent very little time at property as the purpose of the trip was to visit family.
- Rebecca (8/5): - Love the staff .. beds are brand new super comfy close to bus and trains
- Kevin (4/5): - Headboard was nasty. Looked li
- Rasherra (10/5): - Ok
- SHAHANAZ (10/5): - Thank you. It was a great experience
- Wilfredo (2/5): - They didnt say they werenot going to have water for 5 hours, toilet or shower didnt flush water
- Siobhan (2/5): - The hotel is permanently closed.
- Thea (6/5): - Phone in room did not work, no breakfast, nothing was informed about before booking.
- Tammy (4/5): No Recommended - Horrible overnight stay. Person said they were renovating which was fine. BUT>>>> Window in room only had a sheer curtin no other curtin to cover window, bathroom shower head was coming out of the wall, and a fan was in the shower, yes odd. there are 2 elevators but one wasnt working had to wait for the workers to go up and down 4 times before i could get out of the hotel. I get they are renovating but no way would I stay there again. Should have left it the Marriott at least they are polite and have hotel standards
- dino (2/5): - i was not able to check in no one at the reception main door was closed when called to cancel they will not refund the money so i paid dor room i didn't used i end up going to next door motel and get a room
- Jordan (8/5): - There for one night so needed a place to rest my head. New ownership just took over so there was construction and no cable. Otherwise everything else was fine.
- Nigel (8/5): - Overall the stay was excellent
- Yoaris (6/5): - What I didn’t like is that they close door at 11 pm and open them at 7 am and what about the ppl that smoke ? That wanna take a walk or something. Yesterday they let me lock outside my friend had to go and find a door so we could get into the hotel… Horrible
- shane (10/5): - Overall it was a pleasant stay
- Aboudoukadiri (8/5): - I like the room. It is a little bigger compared to other hotels rooms.
- William (4/5): - The hotel was under renovations that were not mentioned in the booking… drilling, hammering and other noises started happening before 8:00am and never stopped.
Room was not well cleaned, dirt, grime in floors and in the bathtub.
