Guest Reviews
- Fahad (2/5): - My stay at Hotel Bekh was unfortunately very disappointing and did not match what was shown in the listing. The photos displayed a proper hotel reception, but in reality, there was no staff present at the reception at any time. When I arrived to leave my luggage, I discovered that the building shown in the listing is not fully a hotel — Hotel Bekh is only one of the tenants inside a larger building, which was never communicated.
In the afternoon, I was unable to rest due to excessive noise from a family living within the same apartment, making the experience feel more like staying in someone’s home rather than in a hotel. After raising concerns, the staff moved me to another apartment on the floor above, but the issues continued. There was no hot water, and despite several complaints throughout the day, I was repeatedly told it would “fix soon.” The next morning, I was informed the taps were installed incorrectly and needed to be used in reverse — something completely unacceptable for a hotel-listed property.
Eventually, after discussing all the issues with the sales manager who listed the property on Hotels.com, he acknowledged the problems and agreed I could check out early. He also confirmed that the nights of 24th and 25th December would be refunded.
Overall, the experience did not reflect a proper hotel stay, and the mismatch between the listing and the actual property was significant. I hope the management improves clarity, communication, and the quality of facilitie
