Is conveniently located on the seawall so the beach is across the street and close to shopping, Pleasure Pier and many restaurants. Theres also a bus/trolley route near by on the corner that will take you downtown.

James (8/5): - Since this new hotel had not been completely finished out, there were facilities that were not yet available such as the pool and exercise room. Prior to making our reservation we were not made aware of this. Otherwise I would have given a 5-star rating across the board.
james (10/5): - Clerk was very good. She answered all my questions in the most professional way and the next day the breakfast attendant was very nice and friendly. Property is perfect for cruises. Just turn left out of parking and drive straight to cruise ship.

caroline (10/5): - It was amazing. I love to stay nice and clean. I love the balcony. You can see the beach that staff was wonderful. They was very welcoming. They greet you when you’re leaving and coming only thing is the breakfast. I was told that they working on breakfast a little more but it’s actually really good ain’t very much. You can make y’all waffles and sausage and they have toast and coffee with donuts and fruit, I was told that they just opened four weeks ago so they working on getting other things but overall it’s amazing day and I will definitely come back.

We had a breakfast of waffles and sausage. There were no eggs, which I thought was weird, but for the price point of this hotel, I was very satisfied.
DONNA (10/5): - Nice, new, clean and bright. Nice room, staff was nice. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed it! The parking lot was my only dislike, and nothing they can do about that. It is a small lot. Handicapped parking is at the far end of the building, away from the door. Very inconvenient.

We got in late. No parking spots were available. Theres 5 to 6 spots behind the hotel that we used. Great location , a block off beach and the pleasure pier. Would recommend the hotel

It is brand new so they still have a few things they are working on like gym equipment and luggage holders, but it was so nice. Beds were comfy and rooms spacious and clean. Shower was fantastic as well with great hot water and good pressure. It is located right near the beach and restaurants you can walk to. Service staff were friendly and welcoming. Stay here!the only complaint was the breakfast, it was small with no eggs, but they had a waffle makers and juice.

Vicky (10/5): - Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and do recommend for anyone in doubt. Do it. You won’t regret it.
Cindi (10/5): Very Nice Hotel - The hotel is brand new & clean. I paid for a balcony room, which I'm glad I did. Very nice room, comfy bed, fridge works great. The shower has a glass barn door & is huge! Customer service is top notch. Didn't eat the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. Pool is a little on the small side but clean. 1 block off Seawall Blvd & close to all the attractions. I will definately stay there again!

Verified traveler (8/5): quick getaway - This is a new hotel that had only been open for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a great view from the balcony where we could see most of the pleasure pier and all of Murdoch's. Breakfast had fruit, muffins, waffles and sausage links.

Renee (8/5): - I loved that the hotel was brand new. The view of the Gulf from our balcony was great. Clear view of the beach, and the pier. Staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. That all being said, they advertised free breakfast. They basically had fruit and cold cereal. We were told eggs had yet to be delivered. They are available to purchase at the grocery stores/costco/sams club. If you are opening, and offering those benefits, make sure you can deliver. Overall, the hotel, staff, and proximity to the beach were great. We would stay again.
