Guest Reviews
- Jader (10/5): - Excellent 👌
- Stephen (10/5): - WONDERFUL
- Rosa (10/5): - Comfy room, easily accessible, and perfect location to walk to town. We willingly definitely recommend and stay again.
- Shey (10/5): - Everything well exceeded our expectations. Great hotel in town for reasonable price. Everything was very clean and i loved that it had lots of amenities we could need like a microwave, mini fridge, etc. The beds were super comfortable and the abundance of pillows was a nice treat after walking all day. Lots of super nice details that are often missed in big chains like local coffee, the makeup rag, real soap/shampoo/conditioner, etc. Our only complaint was it was a smidge noisy; the walls are thin and if you have a corner unit youll hear everyone coming and going, BUT they are renovating after the holiday season so Im guessing they will add more insulation to the walls when they renovate. Other than the occassional noise the stay was awesome. We cant wait to come back and see the renovations.
- Desi (8/5): - Check in was easy, room was clean, and bed was comfy.
- Cynthia (8/5): - No staff on site but easily accessible & answered right away when we had an issue with code on the 2nd day; definitely needs more lighting outside. Very close to town/ shops
- Jodie (10/5): - Room was very clean and inviting. Loved how close it was to pretty much everything.
- Tucker (10/5): - Lean room, recently remodeled
- JeanClaude (10/5): - Clean, not too crowded
- jenelyn (8/5): - It was a wonderful stay overall.
- Dennis (8/5): - Cozy, well maintained room. Easy to access. The water pressure isn't outstanding but that's a very minor complaint. I wish the stair well had better lighting. I loved that there were options of soft and firm pillows in the room. Very well done.
- Rachel (10/5): - Excited to come back and see the renos!!! Perfect stay, simple, great location and had everything we needed.
- Tony (4/5): - There is no handicap access to the rooms.
- Jeffrey (10/5): Nice room good price - Room was clean heat and AC works great will be staying again for sure
- Larry (6/5): A great 2 star motel!! - Although there was no contact whatsoever, our check in was very smooth. The room itself was refurbished the best it could be for a very old building. There is no ADA accommodations, so if your wheelchair dependent, forget about it. I am dependent on crutches and climbing a steep flight of atairs was quite challenging. If there was someone to assist in bringing up luggage, that would have made a tremendous difference. Parking was not an issue but maybe because its late October. The heating and air was adequate. There was no closet. That was odd and there was a coffee service station and chest of drawere between the beds where a nightstand ahould have been. This was odd as well. Overall, this was a well kept 2 star motel. There are absolutely no amenities.
- Kathy (10/5): - Super clean, great location, comfortable bed and pillows
- Linda (10/5): - The room was spacious and super clean. They are in the process of doing renovations but it was great as is. Super good value for the money and great location.
- Leslie (10/5): - Clean!
It was nice to have outside seating to enjoy evening with a glass of wine
- Matthew (10/5): - Great location only a few blocks from the commercial attractions! Room was clean with comfortable beds.
- Bahar (4/5): - Very small room with bare minimum. Not even a bottle of water. Not worth $360 for less than 24 hours.
- Nicholas (10/5): - Great spot
- Rick (10/5): - Great location, clean rooms, good value for price.
- Maddie (10/5): - I loved how close this hotel was to downtown and how affordable it was for the location! The room was clean and I loved that it had a smart TV too! Overall great experience and definitely got my money's worth!
- Julie (10/5): - It was very clean and had everything we needed. They are going to do a renovation in 2026 and we look forward to the updated rooms. Location is great. Just a short walk to stores in Leavenworth. We will stay there again!
- Carra (8/5): - The room was clean (I walked around in my socks the first night) The beds were clean and comfy the tea was a nice surprise. The price was reasonable the place quiet. It felt like we had a well kept secret with our stay there
- Heidi (10/5): - This is a great place to stay. So close to downtown. Very clean and beds are comfy.
- Richard (8/5): - Great location to downtown area. The hotel is not well marked/identified and took a bit of effort to find it.
- Scott (10/5): Basic but Adequate - Very comfortable beds. Cleaned and personal items untouched when my wife and I left on our adventure for the day. When we got back earlier than expected, sheets were clean, beds made, fresh towels and coffee replenished. Digital lock worked great, over the phone staff was nice and accommodating. The best part? It's a 5 minute walk to the main shopping and food area! Will stay again when we go back to Leavenworth, WA.
- Lori (4/5): - The property is under renovation and that needs to be told before booking. It was very hard to find the hotel as the building says John L. Scott Realtors. The code that was given was incorrect and had to call several times to be told to add "Enter" and door code did not have "Enter" button, but a left arrow and a right arrow and they said to try the right one. There is not a reception area and have to call and leave messages on a phone number and not always answered. The room also smelled like "weed" and kept the air conditioner on all night to try and get rid of the smell. We will not stay there again so not sure why an excellent rating.
- Diana (6/5): - No staff on site, only one light on and had to get on hands and knees to put key in keyhole. Had to use flashlight and then key was hard to get out. They say they are renovating but not a place I would have stayed at knowing this.
- Jeff (6/5): - Tv did not work. No hair dryer. Cheap feeling furniture
- Amelia (10/5): - Perfect - no front desk, just a great room! We don't need all that bother anyway!
- Saransh (10/5): - Property was really clean and staff was supportive.
The only small call out was that the WiFi went out during our stay.
- Kristie (10/5): - The staff were very responsive and cared about our stay. We will definitely be back!
