- Roy (2/5): - No luxury, not a paradise. We found the apartment ugly, stinky and unexpectedly gross. We turned around and walked out. We were deceived by the false advertising and lost the entire overcharged cost. But we expect and are willing to pay for luxury and they don’t have it here. Hotels.com is in on the deception, they wouldn’t assist.
