Since this is not a hotel and there is no reception it should be clearly stated that a guest has to deal with IMPERSONAL management that sends text messages with changes of address and all sorts of codes at the time of their choice from different phone numbers.

So to note, the address is 300 Front st, which is still very close to the CN TOWER and Ripleys Aquarium (walking distance, 5 min). Overall this was my first time renting a condo vs hotel and it was ok.

- Morgan (4/5): - This rental was not what was advertised, and Expedia has blocked my actual review listing exactly why. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a condo rented via another popular rental platform. It isn’t a two bedroom two bathroom, it’s a one bedroom with a second bed in a corner with a curtain and one bath. The floor was dirty, the key fob was broken, the blinds were broken and none of the amenities advertised were accessible. Would not stay here again.

- Althea Nadine (10/5): - This property is very nice and clean. From the cute decorations and the amazing view of the roger center, cn tower and the harbour front. It’s a 10/10 for me.
- Isabelle (6/5): - CECI N’EST PAS UN HÔTEL. Il est proposé un appartement dans une tour résidentiel. L’appartement manque d’amour. La propreté de la douche était douteuse. Décrit comme ayant 2 lits doubles dans les chambres alors que la deuxième chambre a un lit simple dans une chambre sans fenêtre.

- Danny (8/5): - Clean room. Access was a bit complicated but ok. No shampoo, kleenex. One of the bed was an air mattress with a slow leak.
- Danielle (4/5): - The location is good and the room is ok, however I had a few issues. As previously mentioned by other people, the place is not located where it is announced; The mattress is worn out and has developed a significant dip from years of use; check out instructions were sent after the check out time so I couldn’t follow the instructions properly; and I had another date booked and they cancelled it without any explanation - I’ve asked why and I haven’t heard from them.
- Angie (10/5): - Very clean, well maintained unit. Secure building. Parking was a tad confusing but once figured out, all was well. Wonderful communication throughout, quick responses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to book again.

I booked 3 beds 2 bathroom place, it ended up being a small crowded 1 bedroom 1 washroom place with 1 double bed and a cheap airb bed. We got there late and had to sleep on floor. Floors are broken, pull out sofa is broken. If you have booked this place please cancel immediately, its completely a scam and falsely advertised, do not fall for it

- Vincent (2/5): - This property was booked as a specific address. When I arrived I was redirected to a different location several kilometers away. The secondary location had none of the amenities that were advertised and was not located in proximity to any of the listed points of interest. This is a bait and switch.
- Carolyn (6/5): - Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent location. Description of facility amenities should be edited for accuracy as there was no access to pool.
- Larry (4/5): - As a senior it was really tuff to get into and park. Won't use this again. Make it more people friendly for seniors

- chris (4/5): Switch location - The location I booked and the location I stayed were two different places. That was confusing and irritating. The place was fine, and the owner responsive, but I didn't appreciate the move to a different building. Seemed like a bait and switch.
- Michael (4/5): - For expedia to call this a HOTEL is false advertising at BEST. Its a cookie cutter airbnb. No tv, no wifi, bed was a glorified futon sheets (were they even changed??) were beyond uncomfortable, and air conditioning would not go lower than 22.5 Celsius. The entire unit had an odor of a laundry-mat. Expedia’s brand is in the toilet with me after this experience.
