- Peter and Rachel (2/5): - The bed linen were not change. I had to ask the front desk to give me two sheets the screen door to the outside fell a minute we got there the sink didn’t have a strainer very round down place in small room.

- Marly (6/5): - We had a porch out our back slider with chairs to sit and enjoy the views. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and you could walk down to it easily. The room was not as pleasant an experience. Room smelled clean, sheets did not look clean, luckily we had our own. Shower looked clean but would back up by the time you were done washing your hair. Took showers like we were in a camper. All that being said, I would go back again- the location was amazing.

- Monica (10/5): - Clean room that is right on the water. Old motel that has been renovated. It was prefect for our young kids to explore the beach one day and the Redwoods the next. The only bummer was no microwave in the room. They had two available near the office though. The highway is loud, but we were able to sleep through it. We slept with the slider open, because there is no AC or fans in the room.

Rooms could use an update. Carpet is very old and some stains. But otherwise it was very clean, staff was very friendly and we would definitely stay there again.

The Ocean views were beautiful but other people that were staying were extremely LOUD and inconsiderate!! But the Employees in the office were AWESOME!! The place needs a hedge out front to minimize the loud traffic!!

- Laura (2/5): - Don’t believe pics or reviews. Only good thing about this property was the beach. First room they had us in was disgusting. Chairs stained, carpets stained, and bed was severely slanted. Also not all rooms are beachfront. Second room, chair stained and everything was very dated. Bedspread and curtains seemed older than me (50+) and mattress was HARD. Wood in frame of sliding glass door for safety. Paint on the outside was peeling and stairs to beach weren’t even connected to the hotel decking. If there really is a new owner, I hope they renovate because it has the potential to be a beautiful spot right on the beach.

- Karen (8/5): - The best thing is that the room is right on the beach . This is obviously an older motel that has been upgraded, mostly with budget level supplies. The security for the slider and windows were boards put on the tracks. It seems to be as good as any of the other motels in town. Would stay here again due to the beach which was beautiful.

When going in the room one of the beds was not made trash a foot of bed and no fridge the air and heater was broken. Not happy. The girl at the desk tried to do as much as she could gave us a fridge cleaned the room made bed she called the manager two times no answer. I will say don’t stay there. Plus room 1-12 lost power and manager still never showed.

- Elaine (8/5): - The staff were amazing…helpful and accommodating esp Sandra who took care of an issue. The hotel is dated, but clean. It was nice to have a break room area next to the front desk that housed coffee, hot water for tea and hot chocolate, an ice machine and a microwave since there was not one in the room. A small fridge was delivered to our room when we left which will add a bit of convenience.
- Jarret (10/5): - The rooms have no AC, which we knew going in. The ocean breeze is cool and oh so wonderful. Getting to hear the crashing waves while you sleep is wonderful. Don’t pass on this place cause it’s a gem hiding up here on the coast.
