Obvious water damage in the ceili g that was repaired, but...it appears to be a cover up and not a true repair. Overall it was ok for being in Chandler and not costing 200 a night. Worth the minor cosmetic imperfections.

- darien (6/5): - The pillows were very small and unsupportive i went to the front desk to request 2 extra pillows, and was told they sont have extra pillows. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, i was then told that someone could bring me some at 9pm. At 9:20 pm, the front desk called and said i could pick up my 2 extra pillows at the front desk. When i did so, i was told that since they are a small hotel they dont have extra items. We stayed 3 nights: no housekeeping was done or offered, the outside trashcan by our room (#122) was overflowing and smelled bad the whole duration of our visit, no clean towels offered or given. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, and it only had a thin bedspread, not a blanket. I will not recommend or stay again.

- Tim (8/5): - The rooms are recently updated and they used very nice furniture and vanities. The shower is even fully tiled with new laminate flooring that looks like wood. Room is very comfortable. Only problem I found was the neighbors would let the door slam shut if they could put some rubber bumpers on the door frame it would help the quiet slamming doors at two in the morning sometime neighborhood is not the best but it’s perfectly safe.

- Alicia (2/5): - I asked if I could check in 2 hours early. They charged me $15 for this, which was fine because I had a wedding to get ready for. When checking in, multiple sketchy "guests" came in. The first was wearing dirty white socks, no shoes, dirty pants, & complaining about wanting a bigger room with $100 in his hand. A lady came in with barely any clothes on, fly unzipped, & also no shoes, saying she was accused of vaping in her room(she was holding a pack of cigarettes which she proceeded to dump on the floor). Staff asked how many people were "living" in her room with her. When they finally finished w/ these people, they got me into my room. On the way there, there was another shoeless man writing a threatening message to another guest in large print. When I walked in, the smell of extremely strong cleaning products was overwhelming- I could barely breathe. I turned the AC on and, even though I felt unsafe, I had to prop my door open for air. It was not working and I started feeling lightheaded. The room was dirty despite the smell; there was blood or something on the bottom rim of the toilet and a small smear of it on the wall by the bathroom trash. There was hair everywhere, on the floor, walls, pillows,etc. I asked the owners for help, to get a different room, etc. -they made excuses & said everything was fine. The area was scary & I was afraid my car would get broken into. After an hour, I simply could not stay there & left. I asked for a refund and they declined.

- Bryan (10/5): - This property was recently remodeled, inside and out. They did a fantastic job too. The only negative aspects are that there is no bedside lamp, nor were drinking glasses provided. I would definitely stay here again, probably the cutest motel I've ever stayed.
