Guest Reviews
- Eric (10/5): - There are restaurants and shopping markets nearby. Easy walk to the train station.
- Estuardo (2/5): - The room is in a separate building outside the reception area. The man who works the night shift was rude and unhelpful with the hotel setup. The bathroom door didn't work.
- Imani O (6/5): - At first, I was nervous about staying here after reading several negative reviews online. However, after my stay, I realized that Radio Suites and Radio Hotel are actually two different places, even though they’re owned by the same people and located just across the street from each other. It seems most of the bad reviews refer to the hotel, not the suites.
Radio Suites itself was clean, comfortable, and in a safe area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby, which made exploring Rome very convenient.
That said, the neighborhood is extremely loud — sirens, cars, and general city noise at all hours. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for peace and quiet, this might not be ideal.
The biggest issue for me was the check-in process and staff communication. You have to check in at the Radio Hotel across the street on the seventh floor, which wasn’t clearly stated. Because I arrived around midnight, I had to pay an extra 15 euros for late check-in. The staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful, and no one came to show me to my room or explain how to use the key or facilities.
The next morning, I had an early tour and couldn’t remove the key from the door. I messaged staff via WhatsApp but was told they couldn’t assist until after 8 a.m., which felt unprofessional.
Overall, the stay was fine, but it could be much better with friendlier staff and clearer instructions. If you don’t mind noise and handling things independently, Radio Suites can work for u
- Dagmar (8/5): - neue sehr saubere unterkunft, die verkehrstechnisch sehr gut liegt
