Guest Reviews
- Dean (8/5): - All good. The guy on reception Saturday was very helpful.
- Sophie (8/5): - Never had to pay for parking when I have stayed at a hotel with a car park.
- David (8/5): - Quick easy check in
- Oluwakemi (4/5): - The room
- Ishtiaq (8/5): - Room was decent. Check in was smooth and payment procedure for parking was easy. Staff was very helpful, especially Aadil, who promptly attended to fix my heater issue. Location was very convenient and for my it was a short walk to Connexin Live. The big malls are close by. Storage space in the room was good with extra pillows.
- David (8/5): - Nice spotlessly clean room and nice lady on reception
- Gavin (6/5): - Hopefully the refit with new ownership is on the cards soon
- Victoria (10/5): - I loved it all
- James (10/5): - The room was clean, and basic.
£50.00 per night is great value.
What made myself review for the first time after two years were the staff. I would like to pay a special mention to Aadil , Joe and Karen.
They made me feel so welcome and provided a service that I would expect from a booking x4 the price .
- Victoria (10/5): - The room was spotless very comfy double bed could of done with 2 pillows tho,I love the bath it's very deep, the blackout curtains are amazing slept very well
- Harley (2/5): - Got jnto the room. Tv didnt work bathroom lights flickering all night the shower curtin looked like it had been dipped in excrement he mugs had fluff in. The kettle had white bits in it. Looked like lime scale. The lamps and wall lights wree absolutely thick with nicotine.
Then went to get into bed pulled the duvet back to find a jumper and tshirt inside the bed. There was multiple black pubic hairs in the bed. It clearly hadnt been changed. So then i had to share the other single bed with my husband. Which wasnt comfortable at all been 4 months pregnant! Never again id rather sleep on the streets than ever return here. Im from up north in county durham and came down for the fair ot actually ruined my trip overall
- John (4/5): - Lights didn’t work punch holes in doors no breakfast picture only showed reception
- Neil (6/5): Mattress needs replacing - The chalet room was a bit like Butlins but fine. Everything was as should be except for the mattress which was bulging with springs so seemed 20 years old.
- Aurangzeb (4/5): - The place is very basic and thye charge full rates
The location is good but the hotel is like a b and b rather than a hotel
It’s outdated
The mattress liked about 20 yrs old
The lights in shower and bedroom were half working
The switch for bathroom heater was broken etc
It’s ok for a basic stay if you can’t get into travelodge but it’s very basic and shabby
You even have to pay for parking on the site at £5 a night which is a bit much when your paying like £50 a night for a poor room
- Annie (6/5): - Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly
- Victoria (10/5): - Lovely room comfy bed nice bath staff are very helpful & friendly just wish there was a fridge in the room
- russell (8/5): - Good clean room, excellent price, great location, all fine
- Victoria (10/5): - Lovely stay the rooms are very clean with a bath & shower comfy bed staff are very helpful & room service is brilliant
- Jonny (2/5): - Avoid at all costs !!!! Was sent to 3 different rooms. One of the beds were made up !!! You could see the state on the mattresses looks like a crime scene blood and whatever fluids on mattress !!!
Smell was rank was left with no where to stay …. Managed to get a premier inn much better
- Paul (6/5): Cheap but run down - Run down / location good / not clean
- Timothy (8/5): - Clean basic hotel in Hull. Good staff and close to station
- Iftekhar (8/5): - The room was presented really well, and the staff members were really helpful especially with beverages. Unfortunately, the hot water stopped working 3 out of the 5 days I stayed.
- Victoria (10/5): - Lovely bath lovely room comfy bed & excellent room service
- Neil (2/5): - Not overly clean, staff friendly
- Kayleigh (2/5): Terrible - Turned up got keycard first room not even been cleaned! See attached pics not perfect pictures as taken of a video
