- Henrique (4/5): - Quarto limpo, mas com detalhes que comprometem a estadia. O banheiro apresentava sinais de uso, especialmente no assento sanitário, e o colchão king ficava caindo do box menor — algo desconfortável e mal planejado. O atendimento dos funcionários foi apenas razoável, mas o comportamento do proprietário foi extremamente inadequado. Antes mesmo de cumprimentar, questionou de forma constrangedora o desconto aplicado pelo site Hoteis.com. Sem avisar, nos colocou em um quarto diferente do reservado e, ao ser confrontado, se recusou a corrigir o erro sem o pagamento de uma diferença. Ainda tentou adiar a troca, alegando que o primeiro quarto já havia sido usado — sendo que o engano partiu dele. Após muita insistência, aceitou trocar o quarto mediante pagamento adicional (R$35 por dia). O café da manhã é simples, e parece reaproveitar alimentos de um dia para outro. O hotel aceita pets mediante taxa, mas a forma como tratam hóspedes com animais é desconfiada. Quando dissemos que nosso cachorro ficaria no quarto, a proprietária respondeu que poderia se não fizesse barulho, enquanto os cães dos próprios donos corriam pelos corredores, latiam e até entravam na cozinha. O proprietário demonstrou total despreparo com reservas online. Além da cobrança da diferença, questionou se conseguiria receber o valor do Hoteis.com e sugeriu cancelar o pagamento para fazê-lo via Pix, causando constrangimento e desconfiança. O hotel parece não compreender o funcionamento das plataformas de reserva.
