• from Sydney, Australia (7/5): Nice place to stay but could improve with a few tweaks - Conveniently located to main streets, station, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, some entertainment, facilities were good, entering the unit was easy enough, communication with owner was good, price was good, had all we needed for 2 staying for 15 days. The table and 2 chairs were very good with the chairs being comfortable with their little cushion behind your back. The warm toilet seat was a nice treat we don’t have in our country. The washing machine worked very well to wash our clothes. The curtains were good at blocking out light if we needed to do that and there was a lot of light you could let in with the available window. The double bed was a good size for 2 average sized people. The fridge and freezer were a good size and worked well. The place was pretty quiet most of the time. You could open the window for fresh air if you wanted to. As it was just away from the main street, you didn’t get that much noise. There weren’t enough power points to plug appliances and phone chargers to. The pillows were unsupportive and there should have been 2 spare, there was nowhere to plug the kettle in the kitchen but on the floor, the duvet cover did not zip or button up so the duvet kept creeping out of its cover. As I don’t speak or read Japanese, it would’ve been good if there was an instruction manual in English on how to use all the appliances in the unit and some tips on which local restaurants to go to and local sights to see. The towels were also not long or thick enough and there was no floor mat. I bought a longer, whiter, thicker body towel at Don Quijote. The tissues they provided were thin and not plentiful so I bought better ones. The slippers they provided were not good quality so I bought better ones at Daiso for us. The kettle could’ve been of better quality.

• Daisuke (10/5): よい滞在でした． - チェックインに関して，メールで問い合わせたら素早い返事がもらえました．場所は西友が近くて便利です．部屋は清潔でした．メインストリートから少し路地に入るので思っていたよりも静かでした． テーブルが少し狭く，物を置いたりPC作業したりするには手狭でした．枕元に電源があったらよかったのに，と思いました．工夫次第でどうにかなったので大きな問題ではないです．

• Yosef (6/5): Could be better - The price point. Location was decent. Close to both bus and subway infrastructure. Good food options around. We were concerned with the cleanliness of the bed, as it seemed that the bedding hasn't been changed between guests, with clear evidence of prior human presence. We contacted the facility owner to address the issues and were issued a new set of bed linen the next morning. This should not happen, really. The absence of ab elevator might be an issue to some guests. We were staying on the 4th floor with 4 pieces of luggage, which became an inconvenience for us during check in and check out.

• Ryan (7/5): - Great location. Host responded quickly to questions. Some issues with furnishing the apartment, but overall was pleasant and would stay again. Basic furnishings/amenities need work. There's a kitchen and dishes but no towel provided. Not sure how I was expected to dry dishes or clean while cooking. Same issue for the bathroom - I was given a single body towel and a single hand towel. Surely at least 2 of each for a week stay is a reasonable expectation. Similarly, having a laundry machine but no detergent was very frustrating as it meant needing to buy some, and the smallest I could find were boxes with 9 or 10. When staying for a week or two this may not be a huge deal, but for anyone staying under a week and maybe needing to do 1 load of laundry this is a big inconvenience and waste of money. At least 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 dish towels, and enough detergent for 1 or 2 loads of laundry would be much appreciated and reasonable.

• Michael (8/5): - Für Sangenjaya ist die Lage sehr gut. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und etwas geräumiger als ein Hotelzimmer. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug. Die Koffer müssen über eine sehr schmale Treppe. Außerdem hatten wir im Treppenhaus kein Licht und mussten mit dem Handylicht den Schlüsseltresor entsperren.
• Pittaya (8/5): - The room was clean and comfortable. The accommodations were in a charming neighborhood with good cafes and restaurants. You can shopping for Uniqlo, Muji, Matsukiyo at the store nearby without having to go to busy branches in Shibuya or Shinjuku. There is no elevator so carrying a large suitcase to another floor is kind of inconvenience. The transportation to Sangenjaya is a little confusing if you have to change the train at Shibuya station.
