• ANASTASIA (2/5): - my stay at this accommodation was one of the worst. There was a bad smell throughout the house, mold. It was also full of cockroaches, in the kitchen, on the sheets, on my pillows, everywhere. They also asked for extra money as a guarantee for any damages.
• Mihaela (8/5): Nice, comfortable, very fresh looking towels which was a plus for me. I kept my suitcases closed to make sire no bugs ge - Clean and it was on the second floor I unfortunately saw some bugs right after we arrived.

• Alex (8/5): Pleasant stay with some inconveniences - Good location, close to the metro and other public transport. One of the criteria I consider when reviewing a place is whether I would stay there again. In this case, I would say: probably yes rather than no. The check-in process with the key was a bit of a challenge. Perhaps in Romania and other European countries, such key safes at the entrance are not a problem, but in our case, after entering the code, we spent about 10 minutes trying to open it. It might be helpful if the instructions specified exactly where to press after entering the code to open the box. There were also some minor issues, such as the QR code on the guest card under the TV belonging to another apartment. The balcony, which looks very attractive in the photos and includes a coffee corner, was in reality closed off with a terrible mesh covering the entire view outside and turned into a storage space. It was not appealing to have coffee there. Finally, there were too few power outlets in the kitchen, so we had to constantly switch between appliances.

• Chihaia Valeriu (4/5): Atenție! - Locația apartamentului, aproape de majoritatea punctelor de interes din București. În primul rând, faptul că, după mai mult de o lună de la rezervare și plată, mi s-a transmis că nu pot fi cazat dacă nu mă înregistrez pe Holt, adică pe o altă platformă decât Booking, cu toate că am făcut rezervarea și plata prin Booking, care mi-a și confirmat rezervarea. Am încercat să obțin asistență de la Booking, dar nu m-am ales decât cu niște mesaje că sesizarea mea va fi analizată în 24 de ore și... nimic nici până la check-out. Așa că, pentru a nu pierde banii, am fost nevoit să îmi trec toate datele pe o platformă de care nu știu nimic și cu care nu aveam nicio relație contractuală. Maximă neseriozitate pentru Booking!!! În al doilea rând, condițiile nu sunt cele prezentate. Există AC în toate camerele, ceea ce e un mare plus, dar o singură telecomandă pentru toate 3! Balconul nu are nicio privește, deoarece este acoperit/blocat cu o plasă de plastic împletită. La duș nu funcționează para, ci doar stropitoarea de sus. Dar, cel mai important, e plin de gândaci. Am sesizat problema din prima zi. Nu am fost crezut și mi s-au cerut poze. Am făcut poze cu gândaci care se plimbau printre paharele din dulap. A doua zi am fost sunat de o persoană care mi-a solicitat accesul în locație pentru dezinsecție. Inițial am fost de acord, dar mi s-a spus că trebuie să evacuăm apartamentul pentru 2 ore. Nu am putut accepta, deoarece fiul meu avea în ziua următoare examen de admitere la facultate și avea nevoie de liniște să repete, așa că am refuzat. Rezultatul a fost că următoarele 3 nopți aproape nu am mai dormit, deoarece se urcau gândacii pe noi în pat. Nu mi se poate imputa faptul că nu am acceptat dezinsecția, deoarece aceasta trebuia făcută înainte, nu după ce ne-am cazat, cu plata nerambursabilă! În concluzie, am fost foarte fericiți când am plecat și cu siguranță nu voi mai reveni în această locație. Și încă ceva: RUȘINE BOOKING, NESIMȚIRE MAXIMĂ!
• Judith (10/5): It was great! - Everything went very well. The location was convenient and the apartment offers all you need. The check in instructions were super clear and the digital guidebook was very useful too : ). If I have to go back to bucarest this will be my place again
