La salle de bain était envahie par la moisissure, le réfrigérateur sale, la machine à laver dans un état douteux et la terrasse clairement jamais nettoyée. Le comble : seulement deux serviettes fournies, et toute serviette supplémentaire était payante, une pratique mesquine et incompréhensible au vu de l’état général de l’hébergement. On a clairement l’impression que la réalité n’a rien à voir avec ce qui est vendu. Séjour très loin des standards annoncés, expérience décevante du début à la fin.

- Preethi (9/5): Beautiful stay with incredible views - The location is the best thing about this place, and the view from the balcony is amazing. You get a side view of the Burj Khalifa along with fascinating views of downtown. I checked in at about 5pm, right in time to witness a beautiful downtown sunset. The studio itself is quite spacious and has the huge advantage of being directly connected to Dubai Mall. It made things so convenient — we could step out for shopping, come back to drop our bags, and head out again without any hassle. All the main sightseeing spots and fine eateries around the Burj Khalifa and downtown are within walking distance, and despite visiting during peak summer, we barely felt the heat because most of the walking was indoors, right through Dubai Mall. Overall, this apartment is absolutely worth it — whether it’s for the location, the comfort, or the space in the studio. I’d totally recommend it, especially for the views from the balcony A special word of appreciation for the host, Abdul, who picked us up directly from the metro and personally took us to the property. He was extremely friendly, shared tips about nearby tourist attractions, and made sure we were comfortable in the apartment. Thank you Abdul! This is not a complaint, but more of mild suggestions for improvement. 1/ The bathroom could probably use a bit of an upgrade or refitting, as it feels slightly dated compared to the rest of the apartment and the overall fancy vibe of the building. 2/ My friend wasn’t too happy with the bed linen because there was a slight humid smell. I’m not sure if this is due to the Dubai weather, but a little extra attention to keeping the linen smelling fresh would make that customer touchpoint. 3/ The same goes for the fridge — while it was clean and perfectly neat inside, it seemed like it had been kept tightly closed for a long time. When we opened it, we were hit with a moist, humid smell. An easy fix could be to leave the fridge doors open and switched off when the studio isn’t in use, just to avoid that smell building up. That said, these are just suggestions, not complaints. Overall, the apartment was perfect in every other way, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay.

- Esfandiar (6/5): They really need to fix the issue with noise and construction. - Unfortunately Dubai mall is expanding and the excavator was working from 6am to 10pm. Also some work late at night. The sound was unbearable and I had to use noise canceling headphones to get some sleep.
