I think I will book it again, but would communicate and control the rooms at the beginnin - They were always kind and tried to find a solution to our problems with the rooms or when we had any other questions the staff were always there and gave us good recommendations vor visiting spots and doing activities in the city. We had issues with the size of our rooms and the lights, but they tried their best and gave us another option for a few days, because it was all booked. We were upgraded to a deluxe room for the rest of our stay. Then we had problems with the shower. They gave us a solution for that too, but it was actually a little late. I have the excuse some of the staff here, because they didn’t know it instantly that there was a problem.

La camera era davvero troppo piccola e ci si muoveva a fatica in due, è inammissibile che in un hotel di una città come Istanbul parte del personale non parli inglese.

Il soffione della doccia non era del tutto funzionante, eravamo al primo piano e si sentiva la musica molto forte dalla strada. Trovo inammissibile che in un hotel di una città come Istanbul parte del personale non parli inglese.

• Fatih (5/5): Top Lage, aber veraltete Zimmer und insgesamt zu teuer für das Gebotene. - Die Lage war sehr gut, mitten im Zentrum von Beşiktaş. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr gut angebunden – eine Busstation ist in der Nähe, die Fähre nur wenige Minuten entfernt, und auch das Stadion von Beşiktaş ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen und insgesamt ziemlich alt. Auch das Badezimmer wirkte stark veraltet. Für den Preis gibt es definitiv deutlich modernere und besser ausgestattete Hotels. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier meiner Meinung nach nicht.

Die Lage ist hervorragend sehr zentral, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell und bequem erreichbar sind. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr sicher gefühlt, was mir besonders wichtig war. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und jederzeit bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt eine sehr hochwertige und angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen.💫⭐️

• Clare (6/5): A great trip except for the night-time noise. - Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Cleaning was good. Location was fairly convenient for Technical University and very convenient for Bosphorus ferries. The room was too warm so we kept the windows open at night. The street was vey noisy until 2 or 3 am with delivery drivers, car horns and bin lorries. I could smell traffic fumes from the motorbikes. I found it hard to sleep although my husband slept fine.

• Roger (8/5): Allotjament recomanat a Beşiktaş - Molt bé la ubicació i la relació qualitat-preu. L'habitació la netegen cada dia. Al vespre se'n va anar la llum de l'hotel 45 minuts que va ser força molest. La porta que dona al passadís era molt fina pel que cada cop que venia algú de la mateixa planta te n'assabentaves i l'aïllament de la finestra no era molt bo pel que es sentia la màquina d'aire condicionat de fora. A l'arribar vam esperar una estona fins que ens va venir algú a atendre. Però, tot i això, vam estar-hi bé en general i sí que ho recomanaria. El recepcionista et posa massa pressió perquè li deixis una bona ressenya que em sembla fora de lloc si gairebé no vam parlar amb ell. Estaria bé si es poden intentar arreglar aquestes coses.

Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Bilal, qui s’est occupé de nous pendant notre séjour. Il a été incroyable : toujours très serviable, attentif et avec un grand sourire. Sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage à Istanbul.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich. Der Duschkopf sollte repariert werden und auch die Klimaanlage war nur provisorisch mit transparentem Band befestigt. Außerdem könnte die Reinigung etwas sorgfältiger sein.

• Feriha (10/5): Hervorragender Service! Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter - Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Unser Fenster ließ sich leider nicht komplett schließen. Nachdem wir kurz Bescheid gegeben haben, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Innerhalb von nicht einmal einer halben Stunde war das Problem gelöst. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Frau Büsra für ihre schnelle Hilfe und ihre Freundlichkeit. Besonders positiv überrascht waren wir, dass wir sogar ein Upgrade auf ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben und das ganz ohne danach zu fragen. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr aufmerksam und großzügig. So einen Service erlebt man nicht überall. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Betreuung! 😊 Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Selbst das kleine Problem mit dem Fenster wurde sofort und sehr professionell gelöst.

• Gizem (4/5): - Locatie was perfect Wij hadden een 3 persoons kamer gereserveerd. Hebben ze een extra bed erbij gezet. Maar de bed was kapot klapte in. We kregen toen een nieuwe bed. Die was ook kapot. En ze hadden geen extra bed meer over! Wij moesten toen 5 nachten met z’n 3 (volwassenen) in 2 persoonsbed slapen. Verder werdt er geen alternatief voorgesteld jammer. Ik heb hier vaker verbleven maar dit keer niet te vereden. Ik kreeg ook geen geld terug omdat ik via Booking had geboekt en niet via hun zelf. Upgrade naar grotere kamer kon ook niet.

• Hanna (5/5): - The staff was nice and helpful. The room has pretty much everything you need for a couple days of stay. The location is excellent and has plenty to do nearby. It's very noisy until 4 AM during the weekend due to the club right next/attached to the hotel. Mainly it's just very loud thump thump bass music. The doors and walls are thin, so you can also hear other people clearly in the hallway.

• ahubali (6/5): Good location, big rooms, but amateur management - Location is very good right across the Beşiktaş Center and also 15min walking distance towards the Nişantaşı zone. The room was quite big and with large windows easy to get air. Rooms were clean enough. There was minibar helping us to cool our drinks. The staff should get training on how to treat a customer in hospitality sector and some communication skills. They seemed to be missing these with their amateur teenage attitudes. The elevator was not working from time to time.

Cevresi kafe ve restoranlar ile cevrili. Oda fazlasiyla eski, lavabo kirli ve banyo duvari dökülüyordu. Temizlik yapilmasini üc kere belirtmemize ragmen gün icinde temizlik yapilmadi. Aksam bari cöplerin alinmasini ve yeni havlu getirilmesini rica ettik, personel olmadigindan cöplerinizi kendiniz cikarin dediler. En son carsafin altindan yorganin astarinda kurumus kan izlerini gördük ve bu kabul edilemez bir durum.

• Juan (1/5): Bad experience - We were a group of five colleagues traveling for work and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I had to change rooms because mine was next to a machine outside the window that made a constant noise. Another colleague also had to switch rooms because the lights weren’t working. Overall, the rooms didn’t feel very clean and seemed to lack proper upkeep. The most concerning situation happened to one of my colleagues. During the night, her door was unexpectedly opened, which frightened her and made it difficult for her to sleep afterward. The following day, the cameras showed that it had been the receptionist who had entered the room by mistake. While he explained later that it was an error, it would have been much better if he had reassured her right away, as she spent the rest of the night feeling very uneasy. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable, and I hope the management takes steps to improve both the room conditions and guest safety going forward.

• Aliya (1/5): Schlimmer geht’s nicht - Nichts Es war komplett dreckig und verschmutzt überall Staub und Haare auf dem Boden. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich null Sterne geben. Wir konnten dort nicht mal eine Nacht übernachten, weil es so schlimm war. Das Personal hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, dass genauso dreckig war. Wir konnten nicht kostenlos stornieren und haben unser Geld nicht dafür zurückbekommen. Das Hotel antwortet außerdem nicht auf Nachrichten nicht von mir und nicht von Booking .Nie wieder. Ich würde es keinem empfehlen.
