Appartement agréable : literie très bien, lave-vaisselle est un plus…
Hôte malgré qu’il ne soit pas présent physiquement et très disponible (réponse rapide). Appartement à rafraîchir (gros problème de moisissure dans la salle de bain : présente dans la baignoire ainsi que sur les murs par manque de ventilation/aération (non visible sur les photos).
Voisinage (appartement au-dessus) bruyant (du fait aussi de l’isolation).

Le parking dédié et sécurité au pied de l'immeuble.
Le calme des lieux. La photo de présentation sur le site induit en erreur car elle ne correspond pas à une vue depuis l'appartement.
L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'un immeuble du type HLM parmi 2 autres immeubles du même type.
Il n'a pas été réhabilité pour la location touristique saisonnière (peinture décollée, carrelage disparate, électroménager insuffisant ou dégradé ....).
La vaisselle, les couverts, les casserolles n'ont pas de cohérence et donnent l'impression de provenir d'objets de récupératioin. Il n'y a pas de casserole suffisamment grande pour faire cuire des pates pour 4, la passoire est un jouet. Il n'y a pas de couverts en nombre suffisants, par ailleurs, ils sont de mauvaise qualité.... La four de la cuisinière est condammé par du scotch. La cuisine est rès exigüe.
L'éclairage du séjour est trop faible et le canapé effondré au milieu nécessite d'être changé.
La propreté des lieux n'est pas remarquable.
Il n'y a pas d'instructions à destination des locataires notamment concernant la gestion des poubelles et des recyclages.
- Martin (5/5): We thought the apartment was average. - The laundry facilities were fine as was the free car parking. The apartment is in one of 3 apartment blocks on site. There were shops nearby. The complex was 1.8km from the Citadel, 2.3kms from the waterfront of the old village and 2.7kms from Plage des Mariniere. Tha apartment is located near the crest of the hill above Villefranche-sur-Mer village and for us too steep and arduous to walk. You definitely need a car. The kitchen stove was bound with bear tape. The bathroom ceiling had mildew and was lifting in places. Paint was peeling from the toilet wall. The balcony could have done with a clean.

프랑스어 안내글 이해하기가 어려워 1시간 이상 아파트 주민들에게 물어보고 여기저기 뛰어나니다 1시간 이상을 허비해 스트레스가 많았습니다.
주인에게도 그 점을 알렸습니다. 쉽게 말하면 아파트 정문 키와 집 키가 같이 키박스함에 보관되어 있는데, 아파트 안이 아니라 바로 아파트 초록 정문 앞 노랗고 갈색의 박스 옆의 아래에 검정색 키박스를 찾아야 한다는 점입니다.

Supermercado a 4 minutos en coche.
Bien para una noche hasta que se reforme.
El dueño, muy amable! Está situado en un complejo de varios edificios muy antiguos en la primera planta del último. Sinceramente necesita una reforma integral. Sólo han "reformado" las habitaciones y así y todo, el colchón del futón es muy blando.
El mobiliario es anticuado y el menaje...
Mirando los comentarios me doy cuenta que casi todos son por una noche y es qué tal como está, no lo aconsejo para más.
La ubicación: Está en lo alto de la ladera de la montaña. Hay parada de autobús en la entrada del complejo pero no sé a dónde lleva, no tuve tiempo.
Está claro que aquí se paga por el sitio pero me parece carísimo y sobre todo pq está lejos de todo y necesita reforma.

The flat is very close to Nice, I went jogging to the Promenade, it was great NA
