This agent didnt have its own table, so I had to call a few times and I thought I was getting scammed. I was able to check in at 6 pm ☹️ Room was ok equipped with refrigerator and microwave, however the floor was sticky, and the bed has sand on it😡😡 stayed for 3 nights and only get a towel on the last night. No room service so I have to kept all the rubbish inside with no extra rubbish bag. I can get a better service of a hotel rather than this apartment. Just the pool that is attractive.

When I refused and arrived at the property, he then attempted to give me a much smaller apartment with no view. When I refused again, he arrogantly claimed that the original apartment had a defect. I asked him to show me the problem and told him I would accept if he could prove it — he could not and kept lying. In the end, he cancelled the booking himself with a very arrogant attitude and left without any solution. This experience was extremely stressful, especially as I was traveling with my wife. Von einem anderen Hotelbetreiber haben wir erfahren, dass die Stornierung vermutlich deshalb erfolgte, weil wir das Zimmer zuvor zu einem günstigen Preis gebucht hatten und es nun teurer weiterverkauft werden sollte.
• Jofre (1/5): TENGAN CUIDADO SON ESTAFADORES. - Absolutame nada. Estafadores. Llegue luego de un vuelo de 12 horas a KL con la necesidad de descansar. Habia realizado una reserva en este apartamento con 5 dias de antelacion. Cuando arrive al lugar no habia ningun representante de la empresa para atenderme. Una chica que estaba alli me puso en contacto por telefono con el dueño del alojamiento quien muy maleducadamente me dijo que el apartamento tenia problemas tecnicos, que debia cancelar mi reserva y buscarme otro lugar, ya que no tenia mas apartamentos disponibles. Sin embargo en la aplicacion Booking.com seguian apareciendo apartamentos disponibles en esas fechas. Mientras discutia con este hombre por telefono llegaron otras personas que tambien tenian el mismo problema. La chica que estaba alli trabaja para otra empresa pero nos dijo que esto sucedia todos los dias con este hombre, que estaba muy cansada de lidiar con los problemas de esa empresa. Evidentemente realizan overbookings para que los huespedes al llegar deban cancelar su reserva y quedarse con el dinero. Luego de discutir varios minutos con este señor, él corto la llamada y nunca mas volvio a contestar, solo me envio un mensaje diciendo que cancele la reserva y busque otro lugar. Que me comunique con booking.com para ver como harian para reintegrarme el dinero. Tuve que ponerme a las 21hs a buscar habitaciones disponibles en una ciudad desconocida para mi y trasladarme en taxi hacia otro hotel. Aparte del horrible momento que he pasado en ese lugar he perdido mucho tiempo y dinero, que no seran compensados de ninguna forma. Espero que Booking.com se ocupe de esta situacion. Pd.La charla que tuvimos por Wattsapp fue eliminada en su totalidad por el anfitrion desconocido.

Nothing needs to be worried until rooms are available. Please call the number before reaching the property. • Elia (1/5): CUIDADO! No era lo que alquilamos. - Las vistas de la piscina por la noche Nos engañaron. Unos días después de haber hecho la reserva, cambiaron al propietario. Nosotros ya habíamos pagado, claro, no pudimos escoger el cancelar. Alquilamos un apartamento de 38m². Cuando llegamos era una habitación pequeña, muy pero que muy sucia. El sofá daba asco, no nos podiamos ni sentar y las alfombras del suelo peor, había cucarachas y olía muy fuerte a cloaca. Estuvimos 2 noches y no tuvimos agua caliente hasta la tarde del segundo día. Cuando se lo explicamos al encargado, nos dijo que subieramos 20 pisos con el ascensor para irnos a duchar a la piscina. Reservamos para 4 y solo nos dieron 2 toallas, les pedimos si nos podían dar más pero nunca nos las dieron. Somos una familia que hemos viajado por todas partes del mundo. Pagué 60€ por noche, y os aseguro que ese lugar no vale ni 10€. NO LO ALQUILÉIS!!!!! TENGO FOTOS DE TODO!! Por cierto las vistas de la piscina eran muy bonitas, pero el agua tenía tanto cloro, que nos lloraban los ojos metiéndonos solo hasta la cintura!!!! A mi hijo de 7 años le dio un ataque de tos solo del baho del cloro, que no podía parar de toser

• Michael (4/5): Dishonest pricing - The view from the pool and the pool itself were very nice, although it hadn't been cleaned in some time. The gym was quite good; everything you need. -It was a bit difficult to get the key on arrival. There are two buildings; neither of which you check in at. You need to do that in a random office space in the attached mall complex. -Too many cockroaches for a place this "nice." - Hot water didn't work -Bathroom smelled bad -The balcony was very dirty. -The worst thing though, by far is the pricing; very dishonest. The price you see on booking.com is NOT the actual price. In fact, you won't know the real price until you actually confirm the booking and run your card. And the markup is about 100%. The price online at the time was 88 Ringit ($21)/night. The actual price is about 173 ($42). When I asked, tried to tell me that all places in Malaysia do this, which isn't true because the next place I booked didn't. I understand "additional fees may apply," but a 100% markup is insane. In many years of traveling, I've never seen that. My booking was late and last minute otherwise I wouldn't have even entertained this. I rarely write bad reviews. I think most places are doing the best they can and usually make sense for the price you pay. This is not that. The amenities are nice enough but it's definitely not as posh as it might look in the photos. I wouldn't stay here again.
• MARC (6/5): Pricy but ok - The building was very nice, with pool and gym and close to grocery stores The checkin was terrible organized and the guy was very rude, the room was not full clean (there still cigarette butts) and the hot water was not running, they changed me to a different room at the next afternoon. I think it's overpriced even if it's called "luxury" apartment but it's an ok place.

• Markéta (3/5): - Bylo možné se domluvit, že při odchodu (pokoj jsem opouštěla v 5:45 ráno) nechám pouze klíče na stole a hostiteli pošlu zprávu. Tedy nebylo nutné na hostitele čekat. Za pokoj jsem si připlatila za balkon. Balkon byl, ale o velikosti 1m2 s výhledem do dalších zdí budovy. Za příplatek bych si představovala něco jiného. A další - cestovala jsem s kamarády, kteří měli zabookovaný jiný pokoj u téhož hostitele. Kamarádi byli domluveni s hostitelem, že si před check-inem u něj (případně na pokoji) necháme kufry, abychom mohli na výlet. Bohužel k tomu nakonec nedošlo. Dorazili jsme na recepci o 2 hodiny dříve a začal nás tam nabádat jiný hostitel jiných apartmánů, že náš hostitel již ubytování neprovozuje a že je to podvod. Po chvíli jsme prokoukli, že je to lež. Varianta je, že ten jiný hostitel nás chtěl napálit a nechat si peníze pro sebe. Druhá varianta je, že s "naším" hositelem to hrají společně a následný zisk si rozdělí. Takže pozor - pokud by se to někomu stalo, tak na tyto lži neskočit. Když pak dorazil náš hostitel s klíčema, proběhlo vše OK, až na to obrovské zklamání z pokoje: Netekla teplá voda. Podlahy byly opravdu velmi špinavé, balkon (za příplatek) opravdu miniaturní.
• Šárka (8/5): - Lokalita v centru, střešní bazén. Problém při check-in. V budově jsou apartmány pronajímány jednotlivými majiteli. Majitel přislíbil úschovu zavazadel před časem check-in, ale v místnosti, která je využívána jako společná recepce nebyl a nezvedal telefon. Jiný muž nás přesvědčoval, že je naše zaplacená rezervace neplatná a nabízel nám pronájem jiného apartmánu. Pomohlo až zákaznický servis Booking.com
• Martina (2/5): - Das gebuchte hotel konnte uns kein zimmer anbieten, auch hat man es nicht geschafft ein grab zu organisieren, um uns zu einem anderen hotel zu bringen. Wir mussten zu fuss gehen ca. 1km. Das ersatzzimmer war dunkel und schaebig, es stank als haette ein starker raucher hier gewohnt. Sowohl meine anfrage auf eine 2. Liftkarte als auch auf ein anderes zimmer am naechsten tag blieben unbeantwortet. Fazit: nie wieder

On est accueilli sur des chaises en plastiques rouges. La chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout à la description faite sur booking. Nous avons croisé 4 autres français, aussi déçu que nous de leur chambre. Note positive notre proprio était sympa, il nous a changé de chambre le lendemain. C’était mieux mais toujours pas ce que j’avais réservé. En soit c’était largement vivable mais ce n’est pas ce pour quoi j’ai payé.

• RonEF (7/5): The view from the pool is doing a lot of heavy lifting to justify the price of the room - Clean and comfortable enough but my room wasn't as nice as the pics suggested, and although it was worth roughly what I paid after the massive 'discount', I don't think it would be worth anything like the non-discount price. The views from the pool are spectacular, and I guess you're paying a premium for that, but don't expect an amazing view from the room. Was expecting a bit more from the room. I had to wait a bit (5 or 10 minutes) for someone to come to check me in and collect a cash deposit. Then had to wait for him to show up again to refund the deposit and collect the key at check out. I could have left earlier if it wasn't for that, and you could have problems if you want an early morning check out.. The WiFi was also pretty poor except for near the top of the stairs.

The location is unbeatable, with numerous shopping malls just a stone throw away. If you love shopping, This is the perfect spot. The hotel surround by many attraction, you can easily walk most of them making it ideal to most of the tourist. The vibrant atmosphere in the area addds to the charm, with plenty of dining options, cafes and cultural spot nearby.

No hay espacio entre la cama y la cocina (imposible cocinar nada) . Cada vez que se abría la puerta del armario de debajo del grifo de la cocina salía una peste a cloaca que inundaba toda la casa. asqueroso!! Muchos de los servicios que ofrecen como incluidos no son ciertos (no hay sofá ni sala de estar como pone en la descripción entre muchos otros) No habia champú y un solo papel higiénico para 5 días!! Pone que está aislado de ruidos y todas las noches nos despertamos con los rezos de las 5am. Menudo lujo!! Por no hablar de lo difícil que es llegar a encontrar el sitio de recogida de llaves... (0 indicaciones claro) .Y una vez llegamos...sorpresa! No había nadie de esta compañía para recibirnos...menos mal que desde otras nos ayudaron Venden esto como unos apartamentos de "Lujo" y el único lujo que tienen es el nombre. Una auténtica Estafa para el precio que tienen. Podéis buscar en Google otras opiniones que en Booking quitan o no dejan poner!!

• Weiler (1/5): - I booked this room several weeks in advance and was not able to contact the property after I booked and paid. We showed up at 12am and were not greeted by anybody. I tried to call and text the number listed several times and nobody answered. There were other people in the office who told us it was a different company and they helped us contact the person who rented this room. They told us they would get us another room but we had to pay again. We decided to leave altogether because the energy was weird and we felt like we were being scammed. The man who said it wasn't his business showed us a screenshot that the host sent him saying they cancelled my booking earlier. I never got the email and booking.com never sent me a message (it still said confirmed at the time) so everything was confusing. We did end up getting the refund a few days later, though, but at the time we didn't know and the lack of communication was a red flag. Would not recommend! Super stressful especially arriving late at night with no place to stay.
