- pascal (1/5): - Lit cassé
- Sara (6/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione perfetta Il terzo letto non era un letto e si sentivano tutte le molle. Non adatto a un adulto.

- Emma (10/5): Room with a view! - We had two of the Privilege Rooms on the 6th floor and they were fantastic, so much space and stunning views of the Liver Building and the Docks. The staff were so lovely, every single person we encountered couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Danny on reception was a star when we arrived soaked through after a long day in the rain and even gave my son a free drink voucher for the bar for his 18th birthday. We booked here because it was good value for money but the views and the staff experience made it exceptional value.

- Daniel (9/5): Great place all top notch 👍 - The place was clean and comfortable. The staff were great letting us check in an hour early which was a real help. The best thing about property was its location and value for money. Hotel is right in the city and for less than £100 for a Saturday night I thought it was great value for money. 24hrs parking was onsite and only £14 again great value for money in my opinion.

Offered choice of room with bath or walk in shower Needs updating - obviously in midst of a refurb which explains the competitive pricing. Room on top floor were quite small , bathroom tiny
Only 2 lifts working. Long wait times
- Lalique (4/5): Great location, but a disappointing experience. - The location was great for my needs. Check-in and check-out were very fast. Great services on site and attentive staff but majorly disappointing otherwise.
I would have asked to change rooms but I was very nervous about travelling alone for the first time and it was late. My room was filthy. There were crusty food stains on the mattress protector meaning it wasn’t washed and the bathroom was covered in mould. The small side table had food stains/drips all over it. I don’t think my room was cleaned at all between guests.
I was also disappointed the double bed was two singles pushed together that kept sliding apart.
My TV remote was missing, but the staff downstairs were very prompt in bringing me a new one.
- Campbell (8/5): - Great room, lovely bathroom, and a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The parking facilities were also very good, and the view from our room was amazing. Although the room was nice the mattress was very hard.
- Callum (10/5): - Great building great view great staff great comfort and safety Room service response was slow but,, resolved quickly and professionally

- stanton (2/5): Waste of time and money - I arrived with my girlfriend and checked in. Having paid for 2 nights we was expecting to get some rest. She went to have a shower in the bathroom but came out afterwards to allert me of all the mold in there. We swiftly packed our bags and checked out shortly later. We didn't stay a single night. I complained and called up requesting my money back but nothing.
- David (7/5): Enjoyed and value for money. Would go there again. - Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Not biggest selection but nice as was.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The elevators were very slow and only 2 working always seemed a queue and took ages to get on one at times.

- Chantelle (10/5): Brilliant, we can’t wait to return - Very clean, amazing views from the 12th floor. Staff were lovely, brekkie was brilliant. Comfy beds, and air con in room. 10/10 -
Location - about a 4/5 mins walk to Albert Dock and nightlife. Parking is an extra £14 and a 2 mins walk away. Not a big deal. Parking is for 24hrs which is good.
- Grainne (6/5): Great location for Liverpool weekend - Great location No toilet roll and only one towel when we arrived
- Michaela (8/5): -
- Paul (9/5): -
- Kevin (10/5): Great stay, we will definitely recommend this hotel and use it again when we return. - We were upgraded to a penthouse suite having paid for a double bedroom and it was fantastic. Staff were really helpful as we wanted to park earlier and leave the car park later and we were able to do that by paying a very reasonable price. Buffet breakfast was excellent and very good value. Beautiful location overlooking the Liver Building.

- Sarah (7/5): -
- Barry (8/5): -
- Jim (5/5): Would not stay more than one night - It was well located and the staff were friendly. There was some kind of party in the next room. A large group of people could be heard shouting and laughing until about 5am.
The corridor outside the room smelt strongly of smoke.
- Mckeever (8/5): -
- Helen (10/5): - Great locatio6, clean very comfy bed
- Zara (8/5): - The price and the view Bit outdated in the rooms.
- michael (8/5): -
- Beeson (9/5): -
- Steve (1/5): -
- Sophia (10/5): - Clean and great location
- Clare (7/5): Hotel overall good. Lobby area fresh and modern. Terrace bar good. - Location good. Price fair for location. Overall staff polite and friendly Mattress needs upgrading, could feel the springs so uncomfortable. One staff had a passive aggressive, sarcastic tone towards me. Sarcastic smile.
- Gillian (7/5): One night stay for 3 adults - Staff friendly and helpful. Had to pay for parking, hard to roll suitcase over the cobbled roads and my Mother in her 70s struggled. Room on side of building so not huge. Couldn't open window as key had been broken and quite stuffy. Room smelling of smoke when arrived and heat detected covered with plastic cover (clearly people had been smoking in room and had to speak to reception) Only 2 mugs for coffee/tea in Room although I booked for 3 adults. Only 1 pillow on each side of the bed. Building quite run down from front.

- Sophie (9/5): Exceptional value hotel and fab staff - Extremely comfy bed, exceptional staff. Nothing
- Agnieszka (8/5): -
- Joanne (10/5): Enjoyed the the stay, breakfast was good.Overall good stay. - Cleanliness and location Left a phone charger in room and wanted £15 to send it back
- Dimitriya (10/5): Excellent location and clean - Perfect stay Nothing not to like
- Leah (8/5): -
- Lisa (6/5): - Basic but clean, would have helped if a map to the car park was shared as spent 20mins trying to find it Extremely noisy
- Emma (8/5): -
- Isabel (8/5): -
- Mariusz Fial (9/5): -
- Marie (9/5): -
- Krzysztof (10/5): - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja.
- Ross (9/5): -
- McCormack (5/5): Great view terrible sleep - The mattress was callopsed on the right hand side I just cudnt get comfortable at all and for some reason I cudnt get the air on to work it was really hot The view was unreal
- Kate (7/5): Worth a stay. Reasonable price and parking 2 minutes away, Ncp one &17.50 - Reception desks manned at all times, good price and walkable to lots of areas. Hotel name is on a banner, When arrive it does give an impression of what am I heading in to. Have they created a hotel in an office block quickly. And it says by Sunday and our booking was by Dancenter so we were thinking there must be another hotel, but it was the same.
Can hear people in other rooms/next door or above coughing or coming in and out. Didn’t really bother us as we only literally slept there, we’re out all day and evening.
- john (10/5): - Friendly staff,close to shops,great value for money..public transport.
- umit (5/5): -
- anne (7/5): -
- Ian (10/5): - The room was comfortable and staff were accommodating, breakfast is very good self service style, restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Poor signage to bar and breakfast area
- Amanda Davies (6/5): -
- Marie (9/5): Weekend in Liverpool - Great views from our room . Hotel in a good position for the water front and Liver buildings Mattress needed an upgrade .
- LIVIU (9/5): Recomand pentru un sejur scurt - Foarte bine amplasată Camera curată dar la intrare se simte un usor miros de mucegai
- Carla (8/5): Comfortable stay. - Comfortable bed, polite staff. Car park is £14 per night for an unsecured tiny car park in the next street.
There is a £5 charge to hold your bags after check out.
Shower tray doesn't hold the water in if you use the smaller head, leaving the bathroom floor wet, which travels under the door to the carpet.
- Alfie (10/5): - Everything best view of Liverpool liver building the mersey Nothing fantastic stay
