• Tonyverz (1/5): Crap - The staff were good. The pool was ok but needed a bit of a clean. Breakfast was ok as well but needed more choices. 10 night stay but only stayed 4days, air-con stuffed, leaked water down the wall and puddled on the floor, wall was stained from the air-con leak, complained to the guy in reception but nothing happened. The safe wasnt screwed into the floor, anyone could steal it. Toilet blocked up completely after the 3rd day, Tried filling up the spa bath but it would have taken days to fill up due to the water pressure, Went to have a shower on the 3rd night but there was no water. The floor tiles inside and outside are extremely slippery, slip over twice. Complained to the Manager who were sympathetic and did show us another villa but we declined as it felt like someone’s house and the pool was a 3rd of size of our villa. We told the Manager we were going to book into another hotel and asked for our money back, they told us we had to go through Booking.com and if Booking.com directed to refund us they would give us our money back but alas we wont be getting our money back because the hotel doesnt want to and Booking.com wont do anything about it. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more and stay elsewhere, the pics online dont reflect the actual villas. Been to Bali heaps of times and never had a bad experience like this one.

• Bishnu (1/5): Worse villa in a kuta - Nothing rubbish place The place was very dirty ,old crap broken wall because it was too old and dirty so many mosquitos were giving hard time to sleep ,there was noany mosquitos net ,we ask them get the net for bed ,they only put on half way through so all mosquotis can get inside .No any common sence and understanding of english .Please do not waste your money in this villa .you will waste your money and ruin your holiday.

• khalid (10/5): - Great little spot, just a few minutes walk from everything- the beach, restaraunts, markets and shopping centre. I stayed in one of the villas with the private pool. The place was well kept and the staff are wonderfully polite. The food at the villas is simple, but handy if you need a quick bite in between your travel schedule. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be just far enough away from the commotion of the party precinct, but close enough to join in when you want to.
• Aditya (10/5): - Me and my boyfriend loved our stay at this villa! The rooms are lovely and private and clean. The decorations upon arrival was lovely and we also paid for the flower pool which was great! Great value for money and very friendly staff. We also loved the bath layout in this villa. Shower was very powerful which hurt a little but that’s okay as I love a good bath instead! Over all great stay and great value for money. Plenty of towels and bottled water provided also. Great location to the beach and to the airport also. There isn't any

• Audie Steve (3/5): Een drama. - De foto’s van de villa komen overeen met de werkelijkheid, alleen dient een en ander sterk verbeterd moeten worden. Het bed is vrij hard, het laken, de kussens en overtrek is aan vervanging toe, de 2 handdoeken waren flets met vlekken, de klamboe zou gewassen moeten worden, lekkende airco en de glazen waren ook niet schoon.

• thomas (10/5): Exceptional stay - I loved the room and facilities — everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were amazing: incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is perfect — in a great area that's quiet and not too busy. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return on future trips!
• Donna (6/5): Value for money - Privacy and staff were amazing Great seafood/Chinese restaurant across the driveway. Needed a good clean, some maintenance, some additional touches like a bath mat would be nice or pool towels, maybe a small milk for tea.
• Barkat (8/5): Overall it was good and worth the money. - I liked the private villa and my own space. Some of the things were broken and old. Like the portable laundry rake was falling apart and towel rake in bathroom the same.
