• Cristina (8/5): Ubicación y vistas excelentes, pero detalles mejorables en la estancia - El apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a escasos pasos de la catedral, lo que permite moverse por Toledo cómodamente. Además, las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares, con el Alcázar perfectamente visible, un punto muy a favor de la estancia. La cama y el sofá cama no son muy cómodos, aunque para dos noches es aceptable. En general, una buena opción por ubicación y vistas. Como punto negativo, el sofá cama no estaba preparado y no había sábanas disponibles. Aunque no se indicó explícitamente en la reserva que se iba a utilizar, al tratarse de una reserva para dos personas debería contemplarse esta posibilidad o, al menos, dejar ropa de cama disponible de forma accesible. En nuestro caso, tuvimos que buscar una colcha que estaba guardada bajo el canapé, lo cual no resulta lo más adecuado.

• Daniel (9/5): Un séjour assez agréable dans une ville magnifique - Ma femme et moi avons passé trois nuits dans un appartement de cet ensemble très bien situé dans le centre-ville de Toledo, à quelques pas de la cathédrale. Situé au rez-de-chaussée, notre appartement était très grand : trois chambres et deux salles de bain ce qui nous laisse penser que nous avons été surclassé (nous avions en effet réservé un appt à une chambre). Situé dans une demeure historique d’architecture islamique, cet appartement était très vaste, agréable, propre, haut de plafond, avec une très jolie vue sur les toits et l’Alcazar. Notre voiture a été garée dans le parking Santo Tomé, très proche de l’établissement, où nous avons payé le prix normal soit 20 euros environ par jour (sauf erreur, by Toledo semble n’avoir négocié avec aucun parking de Tolède). 1 - L’appartement avait les défauts de ses qualités. Situé dans une ruelle minuscule non accessible aux voitures, il était peu lumineux sauf le séjour/cuisine. D’autre part, on entendait les voisins du dessus prendre leur douche à travers le plancher de notre chambre et les voisins de l’autre côté du patio car la porte d’entrée est une vraie passoire acoustique. Heureusement la gêne occasionnée n’a pas duré longtemps. 2 – Comme il n’y a aucune réception, toute la communication se fait sur Internet et on doit même faire le check-in en ligne. A deux reprises, nous avons reçu des mails disant que nous n’avions pas fait ce check-in, ce qui était faux, et il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois la hot line pour avoir nos codes d’entrée (car les portes du patio et de l’appartement s’ouvrent avec des codes obtenus via un lien informatique).

No tiene aparcamiento y no se puede aparcar cerca. El parking más cercano es pequeño y no permite reservas con antelación, por lo que hay que esperar a tener suerte para que haya plaza libre el día de la llegada.

Everything was very clean, and the layout of the space we rented was excellent. The patio in our unit also provided an exceptional view of Toledo. The host was very friendly and helpful, and went above & beyond to ensure our stay met expectations. A very small nitpick, however we did find the access code/doorknob entry to be a bit confusing, most likely because it's a setup we're not used to. We were not turning the knob far enough to fully unlock the door. Perhaps more detail with the access instructions would help those not used to the setup.

Los apartamentos entre ellos no están bien insonorizados la primera noche el apartamento de al lado fueron bastante ruidosos y la mañana siguiente lo mismo. Seguramente por que recogían para irse. La cama otro punto que no nos gustó, nada cómoda puesto que está demasiado duro y nos costaban conciliar el sueño

• XIANQUN (10/5): Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed very much the comfortness and excellent view and - Newly renovated, neat and clean, amazing view of Alcazar from bedroom window!! Toledo AP staff is very helpful and friendly granted us early checkin on our arrival date. The entrance of the property is in a small alley. It would take efforts to walk through the alley to the entrance with bulky luggage. During our stay, there was construction noise due to the renovation downstairs, usually from mid-morning through late afternoon.

Kitchen towel and dishwasher detergent were not provided for our stay. The shower is leaking water on the bathroom floor no matter how well one closes the shower doors. No sound insulation from the upper floor, one can hear everything from the upstairs unit.

The flat is very clean and has everything you need. Location was nice and quiet. The customer service is a AI chat boot that did not answer properly any question. Habíamos reservado un apartamento de 1 dormitorio y, cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando, al llegar al apartamento, vimos que el apartamento tenía dos pisos y un total de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños. Todo cuidado con el más mínimo detalle, bonito, espacioso, cama cómoda, ... Todo perfecto, un 10. Como he comentado, todo fue perfecto. Por decir algo, tal vez la ducha sea algo pequeña.

The rooms were a good size, one en suite and another shower room just next to the other bedroom and a sofa bed on an upper mezzanine was available, if required (we used the sofa to sit up and talk so as not to disturb the children at night).
