• Ava (7/5): Wonderful hotel experience - The staff were super friendly and the suite was very clean when we received the keys. We were supplied with complimentary bottles of water daily which I found was very kind. The hotel was 10/10! I had a fabulous massage and spa experience. Breakfast was fine, a little less variety than usual but I appreciated this as there was little to waste. The hotel location is the only downfall! It is in the middle of nowhere and you do need to get a lot of taxi's to travel or walk approx 10 to 15 minutes to reach local stores. Also, we were told by loads of taxi drivers that the neighbourhoods leading to the hotel were some of Antalyas most dangerous.

• antonio (10/5): Wonderful - Very nice hotel not far from the airport. The suite was very nice, comfortable and clean. The complex has an outdoor swimming pool with a bar-restaurant, gym well equipped, and a spa. Nearby there are well furnished groceries.The staff was very helpful, kind and ready to help in any moment. We travelled with a 8 month child and all was great. I recommed it.

Camera 117 Suita junior a fost curata la suprafață,dar lenjeria patului a fost îmbâcsită,iar mirosul a persistat și în camera. Am fost nevoiți să dormim pe canapea in living neinveliti. În bucătăria amenajata ca in fotografii nu se regasea nimic și am cerut tacâmuri și o farfurie. Locația este foarte departe de oras(la periferie in camp). In baie nu s-a simțit ventilația.

• Diahoumba (7/5): Globalement l’hôtel est super mais très mal situé (dans un coin assez paumé) et il y a des améliorations à faire sur le - L’appartement est vraiment beau et confortable. C’est très spacieux et beau, il y a également de quoi se divertir : salle de sport, piscine, spa, salle de jeux…. Le personnel est réactif et sympa. Proche de l’aéroport. On est resté 2 nuits. Niveau emplacement ce n’est pas du tout pratique. Obligatoirement on doit prendre le taxi pour se déplacer. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas ouf et il n’y a pas tellement de choix. Quand on voit les services qu’offre cette hôtel et le petit déjeuner il y a un réel écart. En clair ne restez pas tout votre séjour dans cet hôtel vous allez regretter en terme d’emplacement et de petit déjeuner.

• Symeon (9/5): - Внимательный, вежливый персонал. Помогли с такси и угостили кофем до завтрака. К тому же приятно и красиво, хотя приехали вечером и уже утром отъехали. Одеяло было одно, но возможно его дали, если бы попросили.
• Bastian (4/5): - Ehrlich gesagt fast nichts außer dem Bett Leider überhaupt nicht 5 Sterne würdig Ich war sehr enttäuscht der Mitarbeiter beim Check in de mich empfangen hat hatte sichtbar schlechte Laune. Der Service war leider nur ausreichend Ich hab mehrfach darum gebeten mir ein Lunchpaket vorzubereiten da ich vor dem Frühstück abreisen musste zum Flughafen, das wurde vergessen. Es gab leider keine Handtücher, kein Wasser, kein Tee und Kaffee was erst nach Nachfrage Gebracht wurde. Das Hamam und die Sauna war leider schon sehr früh zu das ich sie nicht benutzen konnte was einer der Gründe war für die Buchung. Die Lage war sehr abgelegen Es gab keinerlei Einrichtung für die Küche weder Besteck noch Teller oder Utensilien zum Kochen so das eine Selbstversorgung unmöglich war da man dort nicht kochen kann trotz Küche die komplett eingerichtet aber nutzlos ist. Dazu war es sehr abgelegen dass man nicht mal eben essen gehen konnte ohne ein Taxi zu nehmen. Schade
• Xezal (1/5): Unhygienisch, unsicher, respektlos geführt – ein Aufenthalt, der weder den Preis noch den Namen „Deluxe“ rechtfertigt un - Ehrlich gesagt nichts. Aufgrund der massiven Hygienemängel, der Sicherheitsrisiken und des respektlosen Umgangs mit Gästen war kein positiver Eindruck möglich. Die Unterkunft war in einem absolut unzumutbaren Zustand. Die Betten waren extrem unhygienisch: Auf den Laken befanden sich ausgewaschene Blutflecken sowie deutliche Schweißflecken. Als wir die Decke wegnahmen, um schlafen zu gehen, lagen zahlreiche Haare im Bett – sowohl kurze Männerhaare als auch lange Frauenhaare. Dies zeigt eindeutig, dass die Betten nicht gereinigt oder frisch bezogen wurden. Zusätzlich hatten wir ein Zimmer zu viel gebucht, dennoch zeigte das Hotel keinerlei Kulanz oder Entgegenkommen. Besonders ärgerlich war das Verhalten des Personals: Der Rezeptionist zeigte keinerlei Verständnis und wollte uns stattdessen einen Hoteltransfer für 25 € verkaufen, obwohl ein Taxi zum Flughafen nur 500 TL gekostet hat. Das vermittelt klar den Eindruck, dass es dem Hotel nur ums Geld geht, nicht um die Gäste. Noch schlimmer war ein ernsthafter Sicherheitsmangel: In der Nacht fiel beim Schließen der Toilettentür plötzlich ein Teil des Türrahmens bzw. Türanschlags ab, der offenbar nur angeklebt war – rein aus Designgründen. Dieses Teil hätte mich treffen und verletzen können. Es war dunkel, wir haben uns extrem erschrocken. So etwas ist hochgefährlich. Nach diesem Vorfall kontaktierten wir die zuständige Person über WhatsApp, jedoch kam nicht einmal eine Antwort. Diese Ignoranz ist absolut inakzeptabel.

All the staff were friendly an couldn't help enough thankyou elysium suites xx Slightly out of the way but there is a few supermarkets on main road an couple food places but if u want clothes shops or to go old town or mall download uber only £5 down the road , the only downside (which was in no way the hotels fault) was the dogs barking on a neighbours property through the night, im sure if we had told the hotel of this they would of moved us as they were so friendly an helpful xx

Les masseuses étaient vraiment top, très professionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la séance. Il n’y avais aucun ustensiles de cuisine, pas de grande poubelle à disposition. Pas assez de sucré au petit déjeuné.

• Carly (2/5): Wouldn’t visit again - The property looks lovely I visited with my son, during our stay a random man accessed our room whilst we were in, said sorry and left. This instantly made me want to leave. There is nothing around the hotel to do.

• Gary (10/5): Cosy, private, and relaxing. - It was like a home from home. Staff were great and approachable, but otherwise left you alone and gave you your privacy. I like to hike, so I didn’t mind the two hour walk to the town. Nobody bothered me during these walks. Apparently in the summer there is also a shuttle bus. Bitaxi is also a great app to download and can you into town for the equivalent of £10. I didn’t use UBER. The breakfast is nice and plenty of it. I never got around to using the spa facilities, but there was a jacuzzi in my bedroom anyway, and it was lovely. Short walk to a local budget store called A101 for essentials and stuff for the kitchen. I got a pan, a plate, and some plastic cutlery for next to nothing from there. The kitchen worked great. The balcony was also great. It was great. Zero complaints.
• Elizabeth (7/5): Fantastic Staff……..poor location - Suite spotless, beds comfortable and staff superb. The staff are this hotels jewel in the crown they were lovely and couldn’t help you enough. Location!! Not knowing the area very well this has to be the worst location ever. I read on previous reviews that the hotel had transport on offer but not during our stay. We had to rely on taxis/ubers just to get some basics. It is absolutely pointless having kitchens in these suites as you do not even get a teaspoon or a stirrer and a complimentary tea/coffee would have helped out on arrival instead we walked on foot for a hour just to get some. And the “DOGS”!! Across from the suites are private residences whose dogs are secured outside day/night. This was a nightmare as these dogs barked loudly both during the night and day which woke us up constantly. There are multiple hotels/accommodation in process of construction in this area and it seems very strange that this building is situated in the middle of nothing?? We ordered room service as we had limited choices and the food was barely edible but again the service was very good. The reception helped us install app so we could have food delivered to our suite. This place could be a little gem with some basic adjustments. As I’ve already said the STAFF ARE FANTASTIC!!! And it’s a lovely place. With better information provided re: transport/supermarkets. Tea/coffee and some basic kitchen utensils (there is a dishwasher so hygiene reasons cannot be why same are not supplied). And a chat with local residents about the dogs barking. To the staff keep up the good work you are a credit.

• Tuuli (9/5): Nice and comfortable hotel - Very clean hotel, comfortable and cozy. Nice breakfast and very helpful stuff. In apartments there is kitchen, fridge, oven, stove top, but no kitchenware. Even no plates or cups or tableware. Very wierd situation. If you have a kitchen, you expect to have an opportunity to cook too, but it's not logical that you have to bring your own stuff.

• MILAD (6/5): - New building Dinner was really awful and repeated every day. Just waste the money Whatever was not available in the kitchen, they simply said it was not there. The manager was very rude. Unfortunately, the Turkish bath was broken, the steam room was broken, and the dry room wasn't working well either. Unfortunately, the manager there didn't listen to us and said to call Booking, but Booking didn't respond.
• MILAD (5/5): Was nice room pool - I like room and facilities inside the room kitchen was nice Hi, I booked a hotel in Antalya through Booking, and I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. But this time I’m extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I paid extra to use the hotel facilities, yet they were completely unacceptable. Today I tried to use the Turkish bath. At first, they refused to turn it on. After I insisted, they finally turned it on, but within minutes there was a strong sewage smell, the drainage wasn’t working, the water kept rising, and the whole place started flooding. The steam room was also broken. Then they told us to leave because it couldn’t be used at all. I basically paid for facilities that were not functioning and ended up standing in the hallway. Every time I raise a complaint, they tell me to “go tell Booking because you booked through them.” This is not acceptable, and I need you to take responsibility and intervene. I also requested that my room be combined with my parents’ room so we could stay in one unit, but they refused and said all changes must be handled through Booking. The food situation is also unacceptable. There are only two menus, and we are allowed to use just one. The other menu requires extra payment. Even when I order something from the allowed menu, they bring something else and say they don’t have what I selected. I honestly have no idea what I paid for if I’m expected to eat the same limited options for 6 nights. None of this information was provided when I made the booking. As a loyal customer who always uses Booking, I am very disappointed. I paid for services that are not being delivered, and this is far below the standard I expect. I need you to contact the hotel immediately and arrange a room change or take action to fix these issues as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction should matter, and right now I am not satisfied at all. Thank you.

• Regine (8/5): Modern and comfortable stay - Rooms - Modern, well maintained and clean. Very comfortable stay. Location - Easy to get to by car. Surroundings were construction site - a little puzzling but safe overall. Facility - Nice dining room and pool. Nothing major. Would recommend to stay. Note: No dryer mode. No drying rack in room. Need to request from Housekeeping which was not available by the time we checked in past midnight due to flight delays.

A wide range of additional facilities such as a sauna, gym, spa, swimming pool, and more made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very kind and always willing to help. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but taxis are available at any time, so it’s not really a problem.

Rooms are very comfortable and large. Air conditioners can be turned on for heat and cold, it's great! The bed was occupied by kids, so I slept on the couch, the couch was not very comfortable. The area around the hotel is terrible! It was even a little scary to go alone with the kids. I didn't find a single supermarket, no cafes.

• Ammara (4/5): Unpleasant and unwelcoming because of the staff - The building. The hotel building is very nice and looks luxurious. The receptionist is very rude and was extremely dismissive towards the needs of my mother who’s disabled. The ramp is extremely dangerous for a zimmer frame and he didn’t help at all. Mt mother almost slipped and I had to manage her as well as the luggage. There were no teabags or water in the room despite the claim of tea coffee facility and he was so unpleasant when we asked for some. It was very unwelcomeing. 😞 The spa guy was great during our last stay because he had our custom however, this time around, turned on us in an incredibly rude fashion because we decided not to view a property he was keen on selling us. It almost felt like he’s lost his commission or something. All in all, the staff made it an unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.

• Marta (8/5): New hotel, comfortable beds - Spacious rooms with comfortable bed and balcony, breakfast had lots of choices, staff was nice. There is sauna and pool for free. Hotel is new, clean and location for early flights is convenient. A bit far from everything, we had a car so it wasn’t a problem for us. A red light in the room which switches on every time you move was a bit annoying.

Das war für uns leider zu spät, da Abreise vorher nötig war wegen Flug ! Abendessen zu teuer und Essen kalt, sehr lange Wartezeit und sehr schlechter Service im Restaurant !!!!
