- Michael (9/5): Great location, very nice room that was clean and comfortable. The pool and pool area was very disappointing - The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was disgustingly filthy, there were leaves and sticks covering the fence line the pool water was discoloured, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

- Sara (7/5): Good value for the location & size of unit; nice view of ocean from balcony; comfortable bed. - Location was perfect; condo was clean & comfortable; front desk staff very friendly & helpful; pool area was clean & welcoming. Whole building was a bit dated; could use some renovation. Tiki Bar hours were quite limited with only 1 bartender both for inside & outside; we wanted to sit inside because it was cold outside, but no one was inside to service you; so you had to wait for the outside bartender to notice you & come in to service you. Complimentary breakfast was very limited to just regular coffee (no decaf) & hot water for tea/cocoa & oatmeal packets; also had packages of honey buns; but juice machine was out of everything (so no juice choices). Telephone in room didn't work; AC/heat unit was dated. All this said; it was still good value & a comfortable stay.
